No cups other than small, three bags of chips left for a line of 20 customers that was to the door. Eriara did not offer any solutions to the issues other than they’ve had a lot of sales. This location has gone downhill which is sad because we come here three times a week. Will look to Jersey Mike’s or Lenny’s near by for when we buy sandwiches for our customers.
The bread was fabulous, perfectly toasted and light. We got the Italian sub and the tuna, both tasted good for the price The pickle ? was the star, make sure to get the pickle.We visited at 11am, there was a long line, three people behind the counter, one who knew what he was doing, he was working hard while trying to help the other two. They were out of several fillings, like tuna there was only enough for one small sandwich. We had to keep revising our order. Hopefully it's just a post COVID supply problems. I'd go back I might order a pickle sandwich
Very good sandwiches. Almost always perfect. This time my italian had almost no dressing, so it was a basic sandwich. It was still good. They are helpful and friendly at the store and usually busy.
The restaurant was nice and clean. I ordered the sub to go and they made it quickly and perfectly. It was my first time there and I was very happy with it!
Woman working there kept wiping her nose and touching her phone and then the food. Normally love firehouse but she did not care about sanitation at all
Finally tried Firehouse since we had the T-mobile Tuesdays promotion & were very pleased. The Hook & Ladder was a great sub & we plan on returning. With that being said I did read MANY negative reviews in regards to horrible customer service. The young lady behind the counter this evening was very pleasant so I guess I will just keep in mind that the customer service varies from horrible to great depending on who is working ?
Blue hair shift manager was extremely rude and did not know how to handle her time and did not have proper coordination with her co-workers. The line was very long and we had to wait in line for 15 minutes while she would go off and start making sandwiches even though there was already two other people making the sandwiches I swear just to make everyone wait longer. I have worked in the food industry before so I know this is not what your do. I was treated very poorly and she was extremely rude. She was of no help if you had a problem. She didn't even want to deal with it or be there. This store is obviously not meant for customer service. Horrible experience. Pick a different location, do not go here!
I went to get a sandwich because of the T-mobile Tuesday special. It seems the illiterate mentally slow person who had blue hair was having a fit today and didn’t take her meds. I went in calmly for a sandwich. My friend was in the car who was waiting for me to return with the sandwiches. I had two phones. Two codes. I used one for mine. She had an attitude but that’s her I guess. And I redeemed and started the counter for my friends. She starts acting out and screaming at me. Saying it’s only one per person. I’m trying to explain to her relax don’t bark. It’s just that my friend is in the car waiting this is her phone a whole other code. And she says very rudely “Go get your friend. You have 5 mins left”. I’m patient. I go get my friend and we see that she purposely is ignoring contact with us and is purposely wasting out our timer to redeem the coupon. We arrive after she decided to make sandwiches and take everyone else’s order. And we explain to her that this is a screenshot because you said can you go get your friend and weren’t paying attention to us when we walked back in well before that 5 minute mark was up. She flips. Starts saying that “that’s your fault, you should’ve came to the front” which would have meant cutting off a bunch of people and I’m not sure that’s how business is done. Continued to lash out saying that she’s not gonna redeem a screenshot. It’s expired. Sorry and then was making rude remarks about my appearance. Incredibly terrible person and personality. I’ll be filing a complain with the better business bureau as well.
The shift manager with blue hair is so rude. She doesn't manage her time and makes all the customers wait in line for forever without helping and just going about what ever she is doing , she treated us very badly , just go to a different location if u actually want to be helped and don’t want to wait forever
Horrible customer service. Will never go back to this location. The blue hair woman supervisor was getting loud and rude with me for no reason when I tried to redeem my free sandwich. I have T-Mobile Tuesday and when you click to redeem the coupon the coupon only lasts for 7 minutes she purposely took her time so my coupon wouldn’t work and said it wasn’t valid. So I showed her a screen shot which I took earlier and she was yelling at me for that.
