I love this DQ. The only problem, they've Discontinued the cherry and butterscotch dipped cones, like non existent. Yet they are still on the menu :( the tragic sinking of the heart when you roll up and have the bad news peirce your ears, your soul, like a dagger of letdowns melting away your expectations and smile in tandem. And they are out of the fruity blast, but it'll be back.
The food and service were both great but the inside of the restaurant has an overwhelming smell of pee. It was so atrocious I couldn't bear to eat out ice creams inside. So we ate on the patio. We had to go inside to get napkins and the stench hit so hard as soon as you walk in the door, we rushed to get back outside. The problem seriously needs to be addressed. It reminded me of the smell of a Discovery zone when I was a kid. Wreaking of poorly cleaned up urine
Love your banana splits and dipped cones! Oh! And Blizzards too! The Cheeseburgers! The Cheeseburgers are great too! Oh darn it! I love the sweet tea too, forgot about that! Ok! Y'all are awesome!?
Vibe here is very positive and the team seemed to work efficiently and respectfully. Most well run and clean Dairy Queen we have ever visited. I am not a “leave a review” person, but the teamwork here blew me away. Everyone seemed to mesh really well as a team and take pride in each task they were performing. Whoever is in charge here gets a big ol “atta boy” from me and my little crew. You guys rock, we are from Kemah and have officially agreed to make this our dessert spot, it’s worth the drive.Thank you !!!!!!!
The staff was very funny and friendly, however, it's my fourth time at this location and the food is never great, never tastes fresh and the icecream is always half melted when I get it.. unfortunate, but meh.
For the junk food craving, best Blizzards; cold, they flip to show it's not coming out of the cup. This location beats out Friendswood
It was great as always very very fast service I ordered my food to go. everything was done to order I place a very picky order and they did not make any mistakes on it. this stores had a large cooler with cakes, ice cream bars, a lot more then other dairy queen have overall very clean and quality food
I have only gone through the drive-through. It's fairly quick and effecient. Food has always been exactly as I asked. No complaints here.
