Food and waiter staff are good I give them 4, but the greet and bus staff aren't fit to work at a local fair the girl at the front wouldn't even look up from her phone just handed the bus boy the menus. The bus boy didn't even look up at us either not to talk of saying hello. They both acted like we didn't exist. Chuy's you're a great place, but you need to make sure the people that interface with your customers are the right people.

Third Chuys we have been to and I must say it was a nice change of scenery and food good as usual but the deluxe tomatillo sauce was amazing

As usual excellent service and food. It's time to get back to normal and restore the full menu and put condiments back on the table. This is the only place I've dined that hasn't done this. I would have given 5 stars if these things were done. There is no reason I should have to ask for salt and pepper.

The food was not appealing, out right nasty.

I've been coming here for years because I adore it. It's ideal for me and my family because my meat-loving husband and sons can get a large serving of meat while I have plenty of vegetarian options. The salad is my personal favorite. I'm also a fan of their vegan patties. Tonight's appetizers were sweet potato fries and guacamole, and we couldn't be happier with our meal.

Excellent chips/salsa & service by our waitress. Fajitas had good flavor. However, I am soooo tired of paying good $$$ for LUKEWARM food!!!! Tortillas, rice, & beans all were barely lukewarm!

One of the managers there, Shanna Holstein, likes to sleep with regulars’ husbands. Besides that; the food and table service is great.

Our waiter was very friendly though we had to wait quite a while to ask for more chips, for our food, and to ask for our check. Out of the 3 menus we received (for 4 people) we could only read 1 because they were so faded so we had to take turns and there wasn't much on the menu to choose from no seafood at all. My husband had a burrito that he really liked and I really liked the refried beans but the beef fajita meat was CHEWY and I gave up trying to eat it. The ranch dip (I'm not sure what they call.it is good) but the regular salsa was weird. My daughter said it tasted like sprite and oddly enough I agree. I don't think I'll be going back. there are far too many other fantastic Mexican restaurants around

Was very disappointed in the food and the menu. The beef fajita taco meat was tough and had to chew excessively. Their scale down menu is also void of some of their best Mexican food. There are limited choice and enchiladas and no chili relleno which they have been known for was not even on the menu. This used to be one of my favorite places, but no more there are many other Mexican restaurants much better.

I had the big burrito and it was indeed big..I chose the ground beef filling but the Beans vastly out weighed the beef. Still the food was great as was the service.
