Its not only the huge profit you helped me earn in one week for that I am grateful for Mrs. Ava Henry, my most joy is that I have finally found the expert trader to trust with my money and invest with, I really appreciate your honesty and hard work, I found you almost at the point of giving up on trading because of scammers, but you proved you are different, and I am most grateful, I invest $500 and got $7,000 in just one week, I can boldly tell you Mrs. Ava Henry is the right expert to work with, contact Mrs. Ava Henry directly on these? I always get cracklings from LA... I had been looking for a place here since LA is about 2/3 hr drive and I found this place. The cracklings were so good and they were fresh out the fryer. Super creepy & had a great flavor. I will definitely be going back.

This is an awesome place. The food is amazing and have all the spices and seasonings you could need.

The best boiled crawfish around! Very good and spicy but not overly. They don’t have that disgusting Texas thing of putting spice on the outside! Ugh! True boiled crawfish! The alligator sausage was awesome. Really a must add!!

Had the crawfish po boy and it was super good. They have a nice frozen/ fridge aisle full of food they make fresh. I got the chicken thighs and jalapeño, and can’t wait to try it. The owner is super friendly and was really helpful in choosing what we want to eat for dinner.

They have a great refrigerator/frozen item section. Last night we brought home the boudain and jalapeño stuffed chicken thighs. Wow! They were incredible and you couldn't ask for a nicer staff! Haven't had a dish from there that wasn't amazing. Keep up the great work and we'll always come back!

When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly man (I forgot to ask his name!). I mentioned it was first time there and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was wonderfully hospitable. He mentioned I could call ahead or reserve plates and that they try to accommodate as best as they can. Now on to the food. I ordered a variety of things. When you approach the counter the first thing you'll see is the box of cracklins. Everyone raves about them. And for good reason. They're amazing! so crispy and crunchy with excellent flavor. Salty but not overly so. Probably the single best thing there! The plate lunch was catfish covered in a crawfish etouffee. It was excellent. The fish was crispy and not greasy. The etouffee was rich but not too heavy. Tons of crawfish. I would definitely order it again. The dessert was Banana pudding and it too was excellent. Simple and nostalgic. No boxed pudding here. The boudin balls were great, though I would personally recommend the ones without the cheese. I felt the cheesy overwhelmed the flavors. The shrimp boy was probably my least favorite, but that doesn't mean it was bad. It was just the least fantastic, but it was still fantastic! the shrimp was crispy and flavorful, and not dry. and the sauce was also great. Overall, I would highly recommend visiting. Between the food and the wonderful staff, it was a wonderful time.

Great service first off, secondly they actually have real cracklins not pig skins but real meaty cracklins. They have all the authentic Cajun shop needs from boudin to even hog head cheese. Definitely recommend this place
