Another example of a once go to place going downhill. I have eaten at several different Chipotle locations over the last year and been disappointed at all of them. Always out of something, always the same young I'm so not engaged crew working, and the same slow lame service. This time it was out of ice tea... how hard is tea!?! Just lazy staff not wanting to take a moment to brew some. Hey Chipolte, Freebird World Burrito is right down the street and they are getting your business!

I was very disappointed with this location, the server Rachel is very rude to " NON " white customers!!! I kindly asked her for extra Rice & cheese, she was very bothered by it , I asked for extra veggies, she rudely told me they're going to charge you extra for it , I took a few minutes to breathe before answering her & kindly said that's fine, I had every intention of paying for my extras ma'am.....While sitting having my lunch , I heard a lady with blonde hair & blue eyes asking for extras, Rachel had no problem with her extras & no mention of charging her extra for the extra servings she asked for , they were given with a smile & jokes. I got back in line for chips just so happens behind 2 Hispanic men asking for extras on they're order, good ol'Rachel didn't disappoint , she was right back to her rude behavior to the "NON" white customers . Letting them quickly know it's extra charges for extra servings of something the Hispanic men quickly told Rachel that's fine, I'll pay for my extras.NOTE TO RACHEL:I'm sorry your a bitter person towards Hispanic people or people of color, I will be sure to add you to my prayers tonight ? God bless your Heart Sweetheart

3/5/2022 - walked in around 9:08PM, its now 9:29PM and I only now just paid and walked out.Only 1 customer was in-front of me. Service was very slow because they closed the side section already (even though they close at 10:00 PM) and were processing online orders in the main line.There were at least 5 employees in the store but, 2 were in the back cleaning the grills, 1 was on the register and the last 2 were working the line.I understand wanting to clean so you can leave and go home right at close. But what happened to taking care of the customers that are in-front of you versus prioritizing the online orders?They took care of 4 or more online orders between me and the other customer that was ahead of me.It was very unorganized and I contemplated just leaving. But this was my first meal of the day and I am really hungry.If corporate reads this, I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. Everyone needs a job. But taking care of customers in the store has to be the priority.And please, no requests for contact. You don’t have to do anything to appease 1 unhappy customer. I’ll likely still visit this location, but how many customers won’t come back because of experiences like this? It’s not like this location is surrounded by 30+ places to eat.

So I haven’t been to Chipotle in years and decided to go yesterday. I ordered the bowl and went home to eat. After I’ve eaten I was fine. Around 5pm, I decided to take a nap. When I woke up around midnight with excruciating stomach pains. I ran to the bathroom and was vomiting and having diarrhea all the way up until this morning. The only thing that seems to keep my stomach in check at the moment until I go to the doctor and report them to the health board is “Tums.” It is a shame that their food is tainted! Don’t eat there, they are not clean…

Very good quality food. Taste like a average chipotle. Staff was extremely nice. Everything was very easy to find and the restaurant was clean. Plenty of free parking.

Not impressed. Not a good value for the money. Burrito was 70% rice without a great flavor. However, the chips and blanco queso was pretty good.

I go here because it’s the closest chipotle to me. I dare say I feel like driving farther sometimes because this location tends to burn their chicken far too often.

Food is always great, staff is always nice & if there’s a line they are really good at getting through it quickly which is nice since I don’t have a ton of time for lunch.

I hate to do negative reviews but this is only the second time I've ever eaten at Chipotle and the food wasn't any better this time than when I ate it previously. The beans and rice had no taste. The chicken and beef were gristly/fatty! And then they didn't have any lids for the to go containers. Had to wrap a piece of tinfoil over it. I just don't see me ever going back.

Very friendly staff and also very helpful also. Food tastes great and fresh and they are fast.
