When placing on online order they request that you park and check in with parking spot and don't enter the restaurant. I did that and they confirmed my arrival. After 20 mims waiting in my car I decided to go in the store and see what was going on. Come to find out that my order had been sitting on the shelf for some time. Looked around the corner and the employee was playing on her phone. Didn't look at me or anything. Pure lazy. Food was cold. If you have a procedure for customers to follow then you should too.
Had to squeeze between two servers making out outside the bathrooms, when I came out they didn’t make any effort to make more room so I had to squeeze out again. The server for our table was seen exactly 2 times, to take the order and to drop off drinks. Food was good but hard to have a conversation with the staff talking extremely loud and about inappropriate topics. Will definitely not be returning, waffle house has better service at 4am.

I couldn’t come in person because I’ve been hospitalized since the 7th, my mom and aunt came today to pick up some food for me, I ordered through my moms phone and ordered a 6oz medium RARE sirloin steak, even the ticket says so. I received a medium WELL sirloin steak that was on the border of WELL DONE. It was so tough to chew and the flavor was not all there like it would’ve been if it was medium RARE. Why does your chef not know the difference between medium well and rare? There should be a huge ignorant chef discount.
I went here almost randomly with my girlfriend and her daughter. Looking for a place to eat, besides I had gifts cards from Christmas I needed to use from this place. Anyways if your a lover of chips and salsa like I am. You've love their chips and salsa. Very thin, but crisp with a touch of salt. Salsas pretty good too. Runny with chucks of tomatoes. For my entrée I ordered the Alex's Santa fe burger. The last too bites had a lil kick to them, but I like my food spicy. Always a favorite. Great service. Definitely hopefully will be back soon.
This the 2nd time coming to this location and bad service again. Took the waitress 16minutes to see us, another 20 minutes to get our appetizer.... that's 35 minutes and still not a napkin or utensils brought to the table. Appetizer finally came and she brings us dirty plates to eat off of, you could see the dry stuck food on the plate. After finishing food, it took her another 18 minutes to bring a to go box and the kiosk to check out. On top of the that, this place was more than half empty.
The food and atmosphere here is great, and it's inexpensive. The only problem I have is that they never feel quite staffed up enough, and as a former server and bartender, the fact they they don't have bussers makes me sad. All that said, when the servers and bartenders are able to get to you, the service has always been great. Just wish they didn't have to work so hard for the money they make.
They're service was the best I've had from anywhere these last couple years. Everything we ordered came fast and fresh. Two pizzas, a chicken pasta bowl, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, 2 10 oz steaks. Desserts. Cocktails. Good location.
Order delivery all the time, but have ate in several times past couple weeks. This location is great! Fast and efficient
¹)waited 20 minutes to be seated in a practically empty restaurant at lunch. No drink prices on the menu and when you ask the waitress laughs and says its not possible to go in the back and list out all the soda drink prices. 2) on google maps their address shows another restaurant called Just for wings. 3) diapers out front in their parking lot. Just rediculous. The place was practically empty yet they were frantically running around like they were swamped while she said something about an emergency. We walked out. Why order something.ething that has no price on it and then get laughed at? If you're going to be like that, clean up the dirty diapers in your parking area atleast around your building.
