Really upset with the way these employees act with their customers who work in the drive thru…even the manager had an attitude when I told her that my order was rung up wrong and charged me more than what I should’ve paid. Corporate needs to look into this and maybe have them trained on proper customer service etiquette. Or hire managers and employees who have the “pleasure” helping you. Since that is a motive of theirs…or should be.
So we pulled up in the drive through the first thing I asked for was the 4 piece strip with Mac and a drink I wanted the meal ... he told us our total ..and I was kinda confused on why it was so little .. pulled up to the window paid and got the recipt no chicken strips ... told the lady I wanted the meal and of instead of fixing my amount for the meal she said she was just gonna ring me up for the strips separate ... Its fine I love chick fil a and will continue to be a customer but that's never happened here before ... I got my strips and they were barley warm !! Kinda disappointed ?
I ordered a catering for pick up. No instructions were sent on how to pick up. So I figured I’d go inside since I was just picking up. As I walked to the door and noticed the sign no dine in available. I continued to walk in since I wasn’t dining in. A employee by the name of Mike immediately told me “the dining room is closed!” His attitude made me question where I was at. I’m used to getting kind and friendly greeting faces at Chick fil A but not today. I told him I had a catering order and didn’t receive any pick up instructions. I wasn’t sure where to go. He rolled his eyes and turned around and said, “catering order is here. “ There was another man who helped shortly after Mike walked away. His name was Juan, he was friendly verified my name and asked where I was parked and said it will be out shortly and that they would take it to me.Mike didn’t greet me at entrance, he didn’t acknowledge anything I was saying, he didn’t apologize for the misunderstanding or communication, he didn’t inform me someone would be with me shortly, didn’t Identify the problem or my concern, nor did he thank me for my business. He was quick to turn me away though. Little does he know acknowledging someone, introducing yourself, and thanking them for their business does goes a long way.Based on my experience I will not be back. Sad because I was getting food for my staff and that location is the closest to my employment, but moving forward I’ll have to go somewhere else.
Placed an order for curbside and the attendant took FOREVER. I arrived home (5 minutes away) to cold fries and missing sauces. Very disappointed! Called the location and the manager Juan felt writing my name on a piece of paper for me to later come in to get the meal I should've gotten the first time was a sufficient solution. Quality service truly is a thing of the past.
We all know why we come here. It's fast, friendly, delicious. They have great salads and some of the best condiments. I've only had one bad experience here, out of the 10 times we've been here.
As usual, the Lord's chicken is awesome. I've yet to have a bad experience at chickfila and this location is no different. No matter how long the line is, it's always very fast. Friendly staff, great food, order always right. What more can you ask for?
Any time I make a trip into Cypress, I always stop, on my way back West to home, at Chick-fil-A off 290 there in front of the shopping center pass HEB but before you get to the Rooms To Go store. Always friendly staff, and good food, love their soups and Sweet Tea. I appreciate the fact they are closed on Sundays so everyone can attend the Church of their choice. Wish more businesses were that considerate. I can remember when we use to be many years ago.
Always a great breakfast to start the day.
Food was great. Service was great.
Food used to be good, but starting to go down. Waffle fries soggy & warm, buying 12 piece nuggets they are stingy one Chick Fil A sauce only 1 sauce so ask for extra & check your bag b4 you leave. Spent $25 & are being cheap
