I've been wanting chicken fried chicken but haven't found a place that I really like so when I saw on their menu they had it, I had to try it. We had the cheese fries as an appetizer and wow! We weren't expecting such a big serving. The ranch dip for the fries is SO delicious! The food came out and unfortunately I wasn't too to impressed. Now, don't get me wrong it was good but just not to my liking. I liked that the crust was crunchy and chicken was moist but the chicken was kinda bland and the gravy had too much pepper. The mashed potatoes were awesomely delicious but too much gravy on top . I had to scrape off the gravy. This I figure is my fault because I didn't ask for it on the side like I usually do at other restaurants. I forgot and the waitress didn't prompt me. Again, my fault. I didn't like the southern style green beans - they were sweet and had an after taste like olive oil or something. My husband didn't like the green beans either. The raspberry tea was delicious and our waitress (Hanna) was spot on even though lunch rush had started. Will we go back? Yes definitely especially for the croissants!
Awesome lunch experience @Cheddar's today. Monthly ladies church group event to celebrate birthdays. Had a great time, a few drinks (painkillers are fantastic; a bit small so I had their 2 drink limit ?). Impressed with the team effort to serve us. They rallied and brought all of our meals together (16 people) and really helped our server be efficient and organized. So thank you so much for the stress/ drama free afternoon. Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
We were worried that he Sunday church crowd would make for a long wait. But we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to get in so quick. Our server was great. She brought us buttered croissants right away with our beverages. We ordered and the food was prepared perfectly. We were in and out with a very nice dining experience and back on the road in no time
Food was pretty good, for basic fare. I'd go with 3 stars, if it weren't for the sauce that comes with the Coconut Shrimp. That taste combination is outstanding. I'd go back, just to get more of that. Large portion of chicken fried steak, made to appear larger next to the piece of "Texas Toast" that comes with it. C'mon, man...just because we're in Texas doesn't mean that you can throw in a squashed piece of wonder bread with some butter on it and call it "Texas Toast". We also enjoyed the honey butter croissants.
I came to this same location a little over a year ago and stood at the entrance with my family for 15 minutes, and not one person stopped to get us a table.Fast forward to the first February in 2022 and I was glad I came back!Extremely friendly and helpful waitstaff, the food was excellent, and service was quick.I had the shrimp (coconut) and chicken tenders, and my wife had the chicken fried steak. The green beans were very tasty, the carrots were sweet and moist; I really can't say enough about the food.Will most certainly be back!
Not sure where to start. The bread, the fried chicken, mashed potatoes or mac n' cheese are simply delicious! The staff was extremely polite and attentive, and recommendations and seasoning were on point. Great experience! Will come back again soon!
Amazing place to eat! My daughters and I came to eat and relax. Our server was Lamar, he was very friendly and knowledgeable of what was on the menu. The food was really good so we will be a customer forever.

When I got into my Tahoe, I realized I forgot my phone. When I went to turn around and run into the door he was already running out of the restaurant to give it to me. I thought that was pretty stand up. Especially in the world we live in today. Honest and super sweet guy. Was taken out by friends. Food wasn't the greatest but was good. And when 1 item had a hair in it, I decided to take the rest with me. The manager on duty took my plate to box it for me. When I got home I discovered that the entire order had been replaced(not just the side item with the hair in it. And all they charged me for was my drink. Very impressed with professionalism and understanding of all the staff involved.
