Jordan was my server tonight and she was so kind and professional. I ordered a soup and normally when you order a small meal at restaurants they tend to treat you rude, assuming you won’t tip them but she was the complete opposite, I will definitely be back because of the great service she displayed. I came in after a stressful day and she was delightful and helped change my mood by being so authentically sweet. She deserved every bit of her tip.
Have always been a BIG fan of Carrabbas’s. My family of four [two adults, two teenagers] ALL love the entrees served here, and the staff have always been very nice and consistently attentive. Great place to enjoy dinner!! Also, side note for families who are “fluffier” than average like my family is: the seating at Carrabba’s is roomy, especially if you sit at an open booth [one side is booth, with two dinning chairs on opposite side of table). You don’t feel like you’re going to get stuck or struggle to leave the table, which we very much appreciate. ?
Been here for the first time. Had a great dinner experience tasting some Italian cuisine. Loved their zucchini appetizer looked like potato fries but their made of Zucchini(you must try it). I customized my entree for a Alfredo spaghetti with some veggies was not so good but the quantity was huge. Their Italian salad is amazing. Customer service is good and was welcomed with a smile.
I hadn’t stepped foot in a Carrabba’s in a few years, but I made my triumphant return this past Friday (5/20/22). I’ve always been a fan of the food here, and the last time I went to one, I took my now wife on a date while in San Antonio. Anyways, my wife threw a surprise dinner here for me for my birthday. The staff was very friendly and wished me a happy birthday, and our server (I forgot your name as I’m writing this - brunette, very friendly - sorry!) was fun and very helpful.The food was excellent, which is great because to me the quality has not diminished over the years. One of my good friends described the his dish as “Orgasmic.” The importance of him using this descriptive cannot be understated, as the only other time I’ve heard him use it is in describing his love of Chama Gaucha. For those wondering, he and I both ordered the Pasta Weesie. I can’t help but think he ordered it because he’s a Lil Wayne fan, but I ordered it because it’s description sounded amazing. Unlike Wayne, the Weesie was anything but Lil. I couldn’t finish the dang thing, but that means I had some fantastic leftovers to take home. Everyone else at dinner enjoyed their meals.I’m glad wifey took me here, and I can’t wait to be back!
We were seated immediately and the waiter got highchairs for the 2 babies. He left then came back with kids' menus that had a map of Italy on the back which the kids could draw by connecting the dots using the 3 crayons given to them. The restaurant was rather dark and there was some quiet classical music playing, setting a very calm mood. The menu included descriptions and calorie counts for the dishes. Our waiter was very polite when taking our orders. This restaurant was hands down the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. The food was amazing and left me feeing full and our waiter was so so friendly.
Had lunch at Bay Area Blvd location. One of our favorites. Our server was Lauren and she certainly added to our experience. Personable, professional and anticipated our need before we asked. She certainly enriched our dining experience. Great food, great service.
Outstanding service! I rolled in 25 minutes before closing. I was worried that I would get the stink eye but no. Prompt service with a smile. John was great, and attention to detail. I wanted spaghetti carbonara but the closest they had was fettuccine Carraba. With a spaghetti substitution, voila.Food served fresh and hot. Oasis for this weary trvaveler who arrived late because of flight delays.Two thumbs up!
Great food, great atmosphere, good service always. We celebrated my wife's birthday there and they accommodated 10 people without hesitation and did a great job. Thank you.
