Can you please look at my french fries she didn't even give me a full thing a large french fries I went back in to bring it to the shift leader attention and she laughed at me overall I will return again for to give them another chance the cook that made my food did follow instructions but I really wanted to give them a five-star but what do it for me was when she laughed at the fact she didn't give me enough fries with no salt.Might I add the same young lady that was working the front register who took my order went outside to bring somebody the food came back inside and did not wash your hands she is a shift leader.
I ordered a whopper with no pickles and mayo and I got my order and the burger had pickles and mayo.. sadly that’s not why I’m upset I found out when I got home and I rushed back to tell them about my order and took a video and picture as proof . No other fast food place has ever asked me to bring the food back because of Covid reasons ( even McDonalds has helped me before ) so I got back to the burger king and when I told them the manager lady instantly raised her voice at me telling me where the food was and I explained why I quickly came without it and showed her proof and she just kept talking back with a harsh tone how she will do nothing unless I go get it so she can throw it away. She didn’t have to scream at me I was peaceful the whole time and I needed up buying another burger . Which I shouldn’t have done because it was their mistake. Anyway it was a bad experience and a waste of time and effort. The manager had dreads with a light tone at the ends and had a black uniform and a head band and pink nails
They must’ve forgot what “fast” means in fast food, I waited 30+ minutes for just a burger fries and coke, I know, why would I wait for that long? I don’t even know myself, just know if you’re ever hungry and you can’t wait more than 5-10 min don’t ever come here, drive thru customer service is terrible, the food was ok, but all in all experience was horrible, I wish I can give 0 stars but the food basically saved it from being just that.
Line at drive through was too ling and they had mobile ordering turned off. So I parked and went inside, got to the counter, was rudely snapped at, "you have to wait until we get these orders out first." I didn't even say anything. Waited 10 minutes, never bothered to take my order. I left hungry, no food. They only had 5 order tickets in that 10 minutes, but seemed to be a full crew. Poor cooking management in the kitchen, seemed to be.

This is not a bad Burger King. They do a good job as far as the food. Customer service as far as being cordial is good too. The drive through wait time though, goodness! 30 to 45 minutes at times. Horrid.

Horrible service! Management needs to be retrained! Waited 15mins for my order for IT TO BE ALL WRONG!! had to waste my time and gas just to go back up there to wait another 15mins! Didn't apologize! After waiting again they asked if I wanted a small drink for my wait! No I want you all to pay attention to the orders before handing then out! Its on the Management for that because it was Management who brought out the food the first time! Seriously not one cook to the Managemer looked at the screen to make sure it was correct order! I eat there all the time but won't anymore!! Wont ever eat at another bk! Good job Management ?
