The server we had was wonderful. She was attentive and thoughtful as well as two steps a head of us. We tried the new Long Island Legend and both of us really enjoyed it. Our server ensured that we would like the drink, prior to us ordering by bringing us a sample of Legend, which we both enjoyed. As usual, the wings were delicious! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I love B-Dubs but I guess since I ordered water and had a 50% off coupon in my app, the server thought I wasn't going to tip good so didn't really get any service. I left 10$ bucks on a 20$ tab and got my own refills and the food runner brought me my food all she did was take my order lol. I use to serve so I know what good service is. Disappointed for sure!
I am only rating this chain as highly as this based solely on its waiting staff. They truly carry this organization and will go to every efforts in order to make you happy. As for the food, I am not a fan and frankly I would rather eat chicken nuggets at McDonald than eat their boneless wings on bogo nights. It seem to me that they choose to give us this free chicken 3 days after it was supposed to be discarded in the trash.
Staff and management were rude and unprofessional. My daughter ordered food and I went to pick it up. I thought it was paid at order because they never gave me a receipt or ask for payment. They handed me the food and I left. They then started calling my daughter and stated that I stole the food. She told them that I would call and make a payment when I got home. They kept calling from different phone numbers cussing out my daughter and telling her the police would be coming to get the money. The manager even left her a voicemail that she was filing a police report with my picture. They lied and stated that they chased me out to the parking lot. My car was parked on the first row at the store entrances, I didn't even go out into the parking lot. I called and paid over the phone as soon as I arrived home. They did all of this for $32.00! We eat here regularly but with this staff in place, it won't happen again.
I would have given 5 stars, except for the manager of the Webster location was very rude to my father, and highly unprofessional. I eat here about once or twice a week- every week, and so do some of my family members. One day, a couple weeks ago when one of our orders was wrong, my father called up to the restaurant to let them know that His wings were one short, which isn't a big deal in itself. But when he asked to speak to the manager, not only did she refuse to give him her name several times, when asked, he also asked for a way to contact the owner/corporate and was told by this manager, who said her name was Keisha, that there "was no corporate office" to complain to. The owner's name also was not given- neither was any customer service or complaint number. It was flat out refused many times. He was told that he could bring back up his incorrect order, hand it over, and that then they would replace it with a new order with the correct amount of wings. Which, I find a little disturbing/unsanitary considering in today's pandemic times, most restaurants in my experience, when they get your order wrong, they do not want the food back, to correct the order. The next offer that she gave though, was the one that we found highly insulting and unprofessional- which she then offered to refund my dad exactly $1! All in all, it wasn't just the missing wing, it was the way this was handled so rudely and unprofessionally. The way the manager had to be asked five times in a row before she would give her name, the way that she told my father there was no corporate office he could complain to, refused to give any information about how to contact the owner, and the way that she rudely sneered that she could refund him a dollar, and that was it. I honestly feel that a refund of a dollar was simply made to be an insult, and not to try to be helpful. (Clearly one wing costs more than $1 so other than an insult, why else would she offer to refund $1?) I love this restaurant and their wings, but the app and the rewards points are always messing up, and for some reason this restaurant never gives me the receipt with the barcode on it, so that I can get my rewards points. Literally..every time this specific receipt is not given. Most of the rest of the staff is always friendly and professional. I think there is just one bad seed in the group, and that is this female manager whose name may or may not be Keisha. I've personally witnessed this woman be rude and short to other customers at the to go counter. My father was a repeat customer, but now refuses to spend another dollar at any BWW- because of how disrespected he felt, and how rudely he was spoken to. Offering a refund of $1 would be an insult to anyone - especially for as much money as our entire order cost. I have worked in retail and in restaurants, even been a manager of one in my past, and I would never have offered a customer a refund of $1, refuse to give my name, or lie to them about there being no corporate that they could complain to, or call. Furthermore, when I reached out to the customer care number who said they handle the complaints- no one ever contacted us back by phone or email. I sent a few DM's to Buffalo Wild Wings on every social media platform also, and was never responded to on there either. Love the food, but the customer service is definitely lacking at this establishment. I hope the owner of the BWW in Webster Texas sees this, so that they are aware of how their management treats customers. It seems to me some training in customer service is in order! Im never one to leave a bad review, but this person disrespected my 68 year old father, and that, I'm not ok with.
Bad service in the bar area, one older lady has a bad attitude, she might have a better attitude if the bar was clean. The bar area is pretty dirty, the bar is never clean, kinda smells, and they have gnats flying around. If the bar was busy I would understand but it wasn't the past 3 times I went. The food was good, but I will never go back. Hopefully they start putting effort into cleaning, because the food is good.
First bad experience there with staff. When we arrived it was no waiting list no one was in front of us. The girl that work there I don’t know if she was the manager but she was rude told us it was a 20 min wait for table. So we proceeded to the open bar area the bartender was just looking at us funny and it was only 1 person at the bar . The lady from the beginning basically came and told us to go back it sit in the front and that we can’t wait at the bar did nothing make the no sense. First she told us it was a 20 min wait and then when we waited at the bar area she said we had to wait 5 min but we can’t wait here ! Weird! I have work in the restaurant business/bars many years . So at the point the way she delivered the message made me uncomfortable so we left ! The bar was not packed or the lower tables either . It was on a Sunday around 10pm I wish I could remember the girls name but definitely she made me uncomfortable.
After sitting at the table a good 5 mins, I had to flag down a waiter. The waiter who I flag down was nice, the table they set us at wasn't cleaned prior because there were still several rings from glasses on it. Perhaps I came in the middle of a shift change (4pm). When I asked the person where's our waiter she said she'll have to get her and asked if we were ready to order drinks, By then we were ready to order our food. I could see if they was busy, but they only had a total of 4 other tables none more than 4 people per table. They did have a table of 4 waiters sitting in a corner booth doing nothing, I thought they were patrons until I saw the shirts. The waiter I flagged down had a great attitude & rub off on me, so I didn't hold the 2 blundered against her. I actually wanted to eat at Hooters (was literally in their parking lot) but decided to drive the extra 5 mins to go here.
Update - all American burger is good ?Great place for wings, drinks and sports watching. They have more TVs than you can count. Tuesday night is bone-in wing night. Thursday night is boneless wing night. If your over 21 or with someone that's over 21 you can skip the long wait that usually exist and go straight to the bar area and see yourself. That's what all the locals and regulars do. Do it!
If the owner or someone from corporate would ever check out the men's room, they'd burn the place down and start over. Not only is it generally unclean, it's in a constant state of disrepair. The countertop seems to be falling apart and I'll spare you the pic the rest of the bathroom. That being said, the food / kitchen is always spot on. The beers cold and tall. Service pretty soild in the bar area. And the recent remodel of the dining room is an improvement.
