I know this place has been around forever, but 1st time here. What i envisioned and what i experienced were nothing of the same. Gotta say I was impressed with the variety of dishes offered the friendly staff & the prices. My son has never finished an entire plate of spaghetti until he had it here, and begs me to take him back. I definitely will.
every time I am in Houston I have to eat here! Simply delicious and fresh! Will always return when I am in town
Chicken milanese was delicious and the Greek salad was very fresh tasting. half price bottles of wine on Mondays is also a great reason to go to Angelo's. I will be a regular here now! ??
Love this place. Great food. Home grown Italian food. Just hits the spot. Great on prices. Have a little bit of everything for each family member. Food comes out at a perfect timing. My go to place.
Great place, feels upscale casual, great service, the bread is phenomenal, and the food tastes fresh and homemade. We had the chicken marsala and Angelo picata. The quality fits in with the high expectations you would have of Bay Area Blvd..... I can't say it enough... Again, the bread!!! Delicious!
The best Italian that I have found in Galveston County. Good red and cream sauces. Excellent meatballs. The dinner bread is outstanding.
Food was okay. Chicken and shrimp alfredos were ok. Shrimp alfredo was too milky. Alfredos come with choice of a really fresh salad (which I got) or soup. Boneless wings come with sauce on side (just an fyi). Tiramisu is good. Chocolate mousse is ok. The bread (dinner roll) is fantastic!Note: Was a to go order.
We’ve been there many many times and the food is always excellent. Small, intimate dining room, with low noise level allowing normal conversation. Their new ‘side’ salad is very generous in portion and the Greek mix contains a fresh mix of leaves, vegetables and feta.
I tried this place for the first time last night after wanting to pop in for quite a while now, and it was absolutely delicious! They have specials throughout the week depending on the day, and I just so happened to come on a Monday which is 1/2 price bottles of wine! The chicken Alfredo was amazing, and the margherita pizza was to die for. The staff was so friendly and attentive, and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to Olive Garden after coming here :) 12/10!!!
Used GrubHub. Lasagna, calamari and mozzarella cheese sticks on point. The New Haven white clam pizza was lackin a tad. Great flavor but pie crust too soft to be classified as New Haven. I'm from Connecticut and have eaten a hundred Pepe's world famous white clam pizzas, the inventor of it, and the crust of a New Haven apizza is crisp. Overall a great experience and will order again, just not the "New Haven" pizza.
