i have never been here before, service was kinda slow. and our order was missing an item. we tried explaining to them what was going on and they told us we needed a number which we didn't get and then they said we needed our ticket which we also didn't receive. I was not impressed.

I came thru the drive thru about 4:15am to get breakfast before work and the girl working the drive thru was so friendly and sweet I felt like I needed to leave a review. I wish I had gotten her name. They happened to be out of picante sauce so she offered the Verde sauce instead. (I hope she sees this review and remembers me) Food was good but service and smile were impeccable. Thank you Whataburger

Don’t recommend going at night. Tried to stop by for a quick bite, ended up waiting 45 minutes to have them forget to remake my order. Employees hanging out with their friends in the lobby, laughing in the back about having forgotten my order, openly making lewd comments towards each other. Food I did receive wasn’t great.I do go on my lunch break regularly and get good food & service. Literal night and day difference.

Dry and semi warm the cheese didn't melt on the burger. Fries were cold and soggy. This is my Second bad experience in a row. This was a good place before it sold

I love Whataburger food but the amount of times this location gets my order wrong is astounding. I always ask for a double meat plain and dry and I’d say at least 50% of the time I just get a standard whataburger with everything on it (which is a good bit cheaper than what I’m paying for too). This location is losing my business purely because their workers can’t make an order right.

The employees that work here are so rude. The guy walked right in front of me then was talking to himself same one at the register. The fries were cold too they were ready way before burgers because I saw them scoop them up and have them sit there. Dinning room was dirty

Whataburger has really gone down hill recently. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich and it was basically just a chicken strip sandwich with a hint of Buffalo and ranch. I could barely taste the Buffalo and ranch, it was terrible. They need to train better or something.

Two white “fat with pony tail “ and skinny one with a perm” employees were calling two older men “niggers” and trying to fight them tonight in the parking lot. This will be my last stop in. 1-6-22 my son witnessed this all in the drive through. Thank you for that!

The girl that served me was awesome....the food was old and cold .I got my order way to fast for Whataburger. ?....burger patties were over done , dry , and crumbly. Fry's were cold and terribly hard ...... Absolutely not worth $11.25. I Should have listened to the other reviews.

Horrible experience. Took over 20 minutes to get our burgers and then they were cold as were the fries. Specifically ordered onions and didn't get any on 2 burgers and way too many on another. Asked for extra catsup and couldn't even pick up the burger because it was drowning in catsup. Employees were slow and acted like they didn't want to be there. No sign of a manager so that was probably one of the problems .This is not the way Whataburger used to be before it was sold. Oh yeah the hamburger patties were paper thin.
