Absolutely horrible experience, I wasn’t given one of my burgers on Friday when I went through the drive thru. Person who answered the phone Sean, I do believe. Couldn’t have cared less what happened. They wanted me to drive back to Whataburger to get a replacement or a refund. I live 15 minutes away from the store so 30 minutes round trip to not eat with my family. I asked for the General Manager the person on the phone said he could get me his phone number. Then Sean got back on the phone and said he could only give me his email. The email which was a generic whataburger email. I emailed George Jimenez ,the general manager, at the generic email that night. Tonight it has been 4 total days and 2 business days without a response. Being in the customer service business, I believe this is a gross lack of customer service.
This was formerly our favorite store; we would go out of our way to visit this site - not any more! The store was dirty and understaffed. Menu items were unavailable (such as shakes). There was NO ice, so my "iced" tea was room temperature tea. The staff was unconcerned and unapologetic, and was more interested in going on break while there was a line of people waiting for both service and ordered food.THIS POST WAS INTENDED FOR THE STORE ON I20 IN FRONT OF LOWES...
Since the company was sold and is no longer family owned, things have started to go down. From the way staff is treated, to the discounts they will give to staff/first responders/military, even getting rid of the jalapeno cheddar biscuit!!! And let's not talk about the cookie situation with the kids meals ?♀️ For the most part I haven't noticed any change in the quality or taste of the food...YET. Well other than the cookies. But if things keep going the way it looks like they will, that could be a different story.
TERRIBLY SLOW! I ordered on the app ahead of time and they were still 10-15 min later than the specified time. And I had to call them to bring the food out.
We have went on multiple occasions and various times hoping it would improve. Today was the worst, because I waited for over 30 min and my food was wrong, fries were hard, and chicken was old and chewy. I don't mind waiting as long as my food is fresh and correct.
The best thing about this place is it's the only fast food restaurant in town open 24 hours and they serve their breakfast menu from 11p -11a which is great bc their breakfast taquitos are my favorite.
Food was decent as usual but I assume a new manager was there Gregory or George couldnt see very well. He wouldn't shut up long enough for me and my wife to enjoy our food
I went there literally 20 minutes before 11:00 and the young people that work there literally refused to make me a hash brown so I then ordered my husband's food and ordered my food got to the window to pay and they didn't have anything that I ordered for myself and honestly I would have thought maybe they would have threw a hash brown in there because it was 20 minutes and I didn't get any food but these young kids these days don't know anything about customer service. I was very very disappointed
Absolutely the worst WB ever.... I do not post this lightly...I am a huge WB fan.... this is my second visit, Never get the correct order...
They don't care to listen to your order and the fries are always cold and soggy. Im done going here. Tried calling them, and yet they refuse to answer the phone. Poor customer service at its finest. ?♀️
