Memorial Day ! Stopped in for a Latte had to go inside. Usually I use the drive in. It is rather fast but don't go inside unless you wanna wait an hour for a drink..The girl they had at the Register seemed asleep still not sure why she would be at the Check out..? They we're allowing drive INS to have their drinks first and Mobile but people that walked in had wait last...this is Poor Management needs be corrected..Bad experience will try Hudson Oaks location.
Worst Starbucks ever. The last 2 times I’ve been I ordered ahead 20 min through the app. I arrive 20 min after ordering and just a cup with my name is in the holder. This is not at 8am like a busy time. Before 6 am both times. 2 people inside one time and zero the other. Staff is rude when you ask about it. Everyone acts like you don’t exist. Will not stop here ever again. And I’m not a Karen. I never do these.
This location can be busy at times, but overall, the service is friendly and efficient. When it's busy, there will be a wait, but very rarely is the order wrong.If you're a Starbucks regular, this is a great location to visit.Quick.Friendly.Accurate.
Their drinks are always great, made to recipe. However, I avoid getting any kind of pastry after seeing about 5+ Flys crawling around in the pastry case. When I said something to the girl she said "Oh, yeah, I know. We can't do anything about them!" Unacceptable!I actually worked at this location some years ago and I know for a fact their was never an issue with any kind of bugs in that store thenand there shouldn't be now!
They did as best as they could but it was apparent they were short staffed. Even with them being short staffed they did a great job. I applaud them on making our drinks correctly and even warming up my scone and not making me wait for that little extra step
Today I visited the drive thru around 3:45 p.m.“Ashley” took my detailed venti latte order and my perfectly made to order coffee was crafted by a young lady named “Genesis”. This drink was so good that I called to tell the barista!Both of these girls were professional, friendly, and seem to truly care about customer satisfaction! They are definitely an asset to Starbucks! Way to go girls!
I love this Starbucks! Awesome staff! They have the sweetest young lady that works the drive through, when I get to the window, she always asks how my day is going and finds a way to complement me. The staff here just really seem to genuinely care about getting to know their customers and making sure thier customers have a good experience.
This location is horribly managed. I just watched a line of 20 people sit in the drive thru at 430 because all the staff apparently left. This happens all the time. The are always out of all kinds of things which the locations down the road will have. The are consistently closing whenever the hell they want. Completely disregard posted hours because they are not even close to what actually happens here. Worst location I've ever been to by far.
Been sitting here in line for 15 Mins, drive-thru, line has not moved an inch. Last night they were closed by 5 pm. Starbucks management needs too get a reign in on this one. I travel every where in the world and come to my hometown and get the worst service! Stay classy Weatherford!
Went through the drive-through and waited about an hour to get to the intercom. When I finally got there no one answered. So I waited 10 minutes to see if anything happened just in case they were short staffed. I proceeded to go to the window and nobody answered for five minutes. Turns out no one was working. You would think they would have a sign up or a cone saying they’re closed. Everything was on including the intercom. And the website also said they were open.
