Manager has a bad attitude and seems inept in her job. Didn’t give our entire order and didn’t want to credit back what was missing. She told us that we just need to call corporate. The Sonic in Hudson Oaks is so much better and they actually take pride in their jobs.
The 3 milkshakes I got were good. The ordering process was horrible and annoying. The first 3 screens I tried to order from were broken. When I finally got to the 4th screen I placed my order for 2 shakes then was told my total and hung up on. I had to press the button again and ask to add my 3rd milkshake then she hung up on me again. So then I walked up and knocked on the door to let them know exactly what I wanted. The lady only brought out 2 milkshakes. I get the fact they were busy and maybe short staffed but don't rush. It takes twice as long. Everyone was friendly
I understand you maybe short-handed... but to wait 35 minutes to pick up 4 shakes, it’s ridiculous. I had to give-up and unassigned the order, so I don’t know how long it would’ve ended up taking. I saw lots of other people coming and going. Just because it’s an Uber order, we shouldn't be put last (we are just trying to make a living also)!Thank you for your time!
The order was correct but unfortunately it was not hot. The car hop was polite and pretty fast. But my onion rings were lukewarm in my burger was not really even that hot. I still ate it and I didn't have any time to go back and say anything. I know this can occasionally happen but that was my experience today. But for $15, I really wished it had been hot.
For being the only one in town you think there business food and service would be better. So at first you have the order taken and I was trying to make sure the order correct and I next thing you know I’m being told have a great day when I wasn’t even done reading the order to make sure it was correct. Then here comes Destiny the car hop and she read my order so fast that I was like hang on did you say such and such in the order? But the look on her face of unhappiness and are you really going to question what I read to you and didn’t even greet me when she came to my car was total disrespect!! I worked a long day and I’m sure she has to or might be an after school person too but this is your job and if no one was treating you wrong or rudely you shouldn’t treat some one unkind and I wish now she wasn’t given the tip I gave her. The food was over cooked I had chili cheese coney and it was as if the wiener was not cooked at all just heated I even went and added extra heat and that didn’t help. It’s sad cause I’ve always liked Sonic and their food.
Easy in and out. Stopped during happy hour for 1/2 price drinks. Was impressed with options of add-ins for the drinks, a lot of them sugar free, which is what I was looking for.
I am there most mornings for a sweet tea to take to work. Some of the fresh tea all the time. Friendly car hops at 6 am. Love em. Bless those for starting my day with smile.
Fries were cold drink tasted bad and the breakfast burrito was black on the inside!!!!!! Worst sonic ever!! Dont go here
I only buy drinks from sonic, I never go for the food, but the drinks and shakes I haven't had any issues with.
Fast, friendly service. Sonic needs to bring back the patty melt on Texas toast.
