Molly is management material! As a supervisor, it was so refreshing to HEAR a smile on her face! So helpful, friendly, and just a breath of fresh air in today's times. 5 out of 5, I will be back!!
37 minute wait. No sweet tea @ 8pm. Told they couldn't make more because they close @ 10?? Should rename it Slow Chocken or No Chicken.
Food is good. The customer service is going downhill fast though. There were two people in front of us, they placed their orders and went to sit, when we got to the counter, the cashier left for a good 2 or 3 minutes without a word. When she came back, she still didn't say anything, and left us standing there for 10 minutes while she was working on a to-go order. Which I understand, but either address your customer or take their order so they can sit. She had attitude when she did take our order. Name on the reciept is Edward, but I don't think she was Edward.
This was my 1st time here & I won't go back (my husband has been & said it was good). I am over restaurants who can't get orders correct & forget items (you have 1 job). When I called they told me I can come get the items or bring my credit card by & get a refund. Have you seen the price of gas (I live 18 miles one way)? My son lives in Tyler & said that this is consistent with the one there. Congratulations on one thing...messing up orders ? Canes is right by it & the chicken is fresher & THEY NEVER FORGET OUR ITEMS.
When she brought out my food, she asked if we wanted something else to drink 'cuz their shake machine was down. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the extra charge for the milkshakes, and she replied with "You'll have to call and ask my manager, 'cuz I don't know". The food was excellent, but not so good customer service...
Our first time here. Friendly staff with great customer service. Our food was great. I give the staff and the food 5 *! I highly recommend this place and they will see us again.
I ordered thru the website to avoid using Door dash because they screw up so much. Well guess who they use for delivery anyway..... Doordash, and guess who's food is already 10 min late....mine. So if your ordering directly like me to avoid a third party delivery service your out of luck.
I absolutely love the chicken and waffles here I really need to venture out and try some of their other stuff too they have a very friendly staff as well
The chicken club sandwich was very good. It was thick and juicy with lots of good flavor. I got the house chips instead of the fries. The chips were good, but seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. They were cold and a little soggy. But everything else was great. Will probably be back.
The Mac and cheese is great here hands down some of the best from any fast food I've been to. That being said the chicken is nothing special especially for the prices they charge you. It is bland with no flavor. I will give it to them though the fact that the chicken is very tender and juicy that was a nice surprise. I was disappointed by the fact that I ordered a seven piece and only got 6 with a tiny nugget sized piece if you would even call it that. The Fries were bland as well seeing as they were unsalted as well. The Tea was the best from almost any fast food/Restaurant I've gone to. I got unsweetened if that makes a difference. The staff was friendly although I did go through the drive through. Also when they ask you what sauce you want I recommend asking for extra sauces because they only give one sauce with the meal but they do have a good variety to choose from. Most of the sauces are those of which you would find on the menu at wingstop or buffalo's. I've been inside this restaurant as well and they do keep it clean and it's nice. I have not been in the bathrooms so I can't review on those but all in all not a bad place. But by the prices of the food and the way everything else there smelled I had high expectations and after eating there I feel they did not meet those expectations for the most part aside from the Mac and cheese and tea. I gave 3 stars so I feel they are a 50/50 in my book. I'll be back to try more items on the menu and review them soon.
