Made my order online. Realized 5 minutes later I didn’t sub the garlic sauce for ranch. Called, and was told not a problem, it would be fixed. Awesome. No biggie.Pizza arrives. No ranch. Garlic sauce. Then I’m told he misunderstood me. THEN I’m told thin slice somehow doesn’t even warrant a sauce to begin with. It was like talking to a piece of communion bread. I don’t know who the “manager” was I spoke with but Jesus. Get the guy some training.Went to eat, and the square cut, as requested, AS PRINTED ON THE BOX, wasn’t done. Try to call back and nope. Keeps picking up the line, hitting a button, and keeping me on hold.Maybe I went “last in line” and nobody cared because I used rewards to pay for part of it? They’re rewards for a reason. It’s because I frequent the franchise.Stop hiring kids and expecting them to manage without any training. Back to corporate with feedback.

I have worked at various papa johns (8 to be exact) for the last 3 years as a manager. I came to this papa johns as a transfer and was there for a day and will not be back, this store is the WORST papa johns I’ve ever came across. This store is filthy and they use very expired dough to make your pizzas. I also personally observed all the dates missing from all the toppings which you are legally suppose to have dates on your product (first in first out). I felt bad serving pizzas to customers in the whole day I was there, if you look in recent reviews you will see people getting sick…this is why! The “GM” of this store is very unprofessional and childish going as far as calling me a Karen for voicing my concerns! Corporate is called and a complaint is filed!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

Food turned out to arrive cold, they need to figure out a better delivery process I watched a Doordash driver they chose to use (seeing that I ordered on papajohns.com) drive over 9 miles out of her way making a good tip with today's gas prices useless, I'd prefer a refund but I am sure this buisness will have some excuse, what happened to the service industry, you shouldn't have to microwave a pizza you paid to be deliveredUpdate: 24 hours later no response from the company at all they truly don't value reliable customers. I would give zero if I could due to the lack of care in this company

Pizza toppings were just tossed on all over the pizza instead of on the sides they were supposed to be on. It was like someone was just flinging them on and not really reading the ticket. I don't eat red meat and did not want it on my slices of pizza. I also didn't want whole onion pieces on my pizza - What happened to chopping them? The dough in the pizza was raw. We only got five toppings but when we called a girl tried to suggest it wasn't cooked right because of too many toppings. She wasn't sorry but instead tried to toss the blame at us. Sad thing was the brownie was a crumbling mess because it too was undercooked. All our things came out in half the time it should have. They rushed it all and therefore gave us not cooked food.

When we first moved here in November of 21, the pizza was delicious and the service was great. The past 3 orders have changed my option. The food has been terrible. We waited an hour past our promised time for one delivery and when you call the store, they do not seem to care. We will not order here anymore which is truly disappointing as this is the only delivery place in our area. On a positive note, the delivery drivers are always friendly.

Supposed to be delivered in an hour and ten minutes, arrived after two and a half hours, cold.I understand Saturday is busy and drivers are scarce. Don’t let me place an order for delivery if it’s going to take that long. “Delivery not available at this time” and I’ll do something else, pizzas not THAT good. Also don’t appreciate not being able to talk to someone at the store, all automated. One star for getting my order right. Last time I’ll order from the weatherford store.

We normally love papa Johns Weatherford so much :( but lately I have been so disappointed. The last two times we’ve ordered our pizza was incorrect when delivered . We were also told 25 min for wait time and it ended up being 2 hours . I know things get crazy with the weather and being short staffed but this was just not cool. :( now I’m afraid to order from them again.

Ordered delivery a few weeks ago, after I checked out it said the delivery estimate was 110 minutes. I called and it immediately went to hold. Finally was able to cancel the order.Tried again today, and the delivery estimate was 33 minutes. Much better. Except that was an hour ago, and the tracker showed that it finished cooking a half hour ago and is still sitting there "preparing." I give up. I'll order from Dominos next time.

Ordered online at 1:20pm on a Saturday, delivery estimate was 32-40 minutes. At 2:00pm, tracker showed the order was finished cooking. At 3:20pm it finally arrived. Pizza was barely warm. Garlic butter bread sticks had almost no garlic butter. I like Papa John's pizza, but this store is horribly run.
