I got 3 plates of the 1 choice of meat with 2 sides. The meat was sliced brisket, the sides i got were potato salad and coleslaw. It came with 1 drink of choice and sauce and silced bread.1. Brisket was almost a 1/2 inch thick which is epic. Tender but a hint overdone so it had a bit of a difficult chew to it. Flavor was overall good, needed a bit more smoke to get that layer of burnt end and a little more salt and it would have been amazing!2. Coleslaw wasn't the best, leaning more toward sweet as opposed to savory it wasn't noteworthy.3. Potato salad is also leaning sweet as opposed to zesty or bold potato salad, a bit too wet and too mashed up. Again, nothing incredibly noteworthy.4. Ide say overall a 7 out of 10 compared to many other BBQ joints. Ide come back.

This place rocks! I was traveling across country, and thought I’d give this place a try. I’m glad I did. It was an awesome experience. Will stop in anytime I’m traveling through Texas.
Consistently good food. Breakfast burritos, bbq, chicken enchiladas… I’ve never been disappointed.
The tasteless brisket was hidden under the extra milky eggs and unseasonably potatoes. Usually, they are amazing and delicious. I'm slightly disappointed today ?
Not much barbecue to choose from in Parker County these days, but Outlaw sure hits the mark. The Jesse James and Josie Wales are good sandwiches, but they have a really good BBQ half chicken, beans are good too!
The food and service have always been excellent when I come here for lunch. I recommend the Pancho Villa burrito with the BBQ sauce they keep on their table. It’s delicious.
