The salsa is good and spicy!!
We love Oaxaca! Frequent customers and are never disappointed. We usually sit at the bar and are served by Alex; he is amazing! Always personable and makes great drinks. Food is always fresh and delicious, and it comes out quickly. We’ve had a variety of items from the menu but my favorite is the steak ranchero! You won’t be disappointed choosing Oaxaca!
Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my husband... Delicious!! I throughly enjoyed my grilled shrimp quesadillas and he enjoyed his beef burritos. We will definitely return
The guacamole is AMAZING! Had it takeout, and the size was questionable for $15.00, but the taste made up for it…almost. The soup on the other hand was terrible. 1 star out of 5 for sure! $12.00 for broth and a few cubes of unseasoned chicken with a side of cheese, 2 slices of avocado, and some tortilla strips. Very disappointing.
We shared the chicken fajitas for one. There was plenty for both of us to fill up! We also enjoyed the white queso. The food was great and came out HOT. I gave this visit four stars because our waiter did the bare minimum. We had to wait to have our drinks filled and the dinner only came with three tortillas but the waiter didn’t come back until we were almost done for us to ask for a couple more. The live entertainment was good, too. Not too loud.
Great variety and quantity of food! Queso es muy bueno! Very good children’s menu. Great service too! And a variety of sports tv
This place surprised me. It is hard to find Mexican food in the DFW that is good right off of I-20. And this place hit it for me. The meals are good size, and not just drowned in grease. It was actually light and didn't feel like a brick in your stomach afterwards. The chips and salsa were fresh and not just out of a can or bag. I actually dislike tres-leches cake, but i tried theirs and i actually liked it. It wasn't mushy or overly sweet. So kudos to yall on that one. The beer was also delicious and ice cold and the staff was great. I will be visiting again when I go back through there.
My boyfriend and I went here once before and the food was outstanding! The second time we went there we ordered our food and it came out very quick and my boyfriend looked like literal slop my meat was dry and had no flavor and the server was gone and took forever to come back to a table for chips or drinks or anything honestly. When we asked to try something else the manager came over and talk to us and apologized but did absolutely nothing for us so we still wind up paying full price and the food still wasn’t that great. The manager tried to blame my taste buds for why the food did it taste good in the server was so rude we will never come back here again!
Pretty average Mexican food. The service was good. The chips and salsa are bad. It was a party of three and the bill was 64.00. My granddaughter was with us as one of the three, so you can see it's pretty pricy. I had the steak quesadilla, and my wife had the puff taco. My granddaughter had a cheese quesadilla. The food wasn't terrible, but for 64 dollars it should be better than that, plus they messed up my order.
Their Margaritas are delicious and food was good. If you simply want basic Mexican food close to home, this place is good. Their prices are a tad high for what you get, but I'd still recommend stopping by for dinner sometime.
