When they tell you 20 minutes it's ready in 20 minutes. And hot . We usually get meat eaters pizza. Could use a little more cheese, .
They are always so nice! The food comes out hot, fresh & yummy! We honestly order from here way too much simply for convenience. (I don't always wanna cook!) And they actually deliver to us way out here when nobody else does. The delivery drivers are polite & courteous. I met the owner (Tim) today for our carry out & he was incredibly polite & generous. Really appreciate the positive consistency of this establishment. Thank you!
I wanted pizza and it is literally on my way home. My husband and I stopped went in and ordered paid and waited.
Owner is a fraud. I advise ordering from any other pizza place. If you don't believe me, give it a chance I guess. Just be sure to give them the one star they deserve
Excellent pizza received it on time, a sausage pepperoni and jalapeno pizza they were excellent playing whenever I was here before and they're excellent now good service good people good price thank you kindly
It tastes just like I remember as a child but we use to getting pizza all arounf fort worth with pick up specials so to us it was over priced
Worst service I've ever seen was told pizza would be delivered in 20 to 45 min and I didn't get my for 3 1/2 hours after ordering
I've had pizza all over the United States. My favorites have been Chad's Pizza in Cedar Falls Iowa and Zachary's Pizza in Oakland California. Then comes along Mr.Jims. Wow! Amazing! It truly is some of the best Pizza I've ever had! Ridiculously tasty!!
Ordered pizza at 11:54 am told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called at 1:08pm to see about status and was told it was on its way. Here it is now 1:40 pm and it still has not arrived. The store is less than two miles from our delivery location. If they would have told me two hours I would have made a diffret choice on food.. And they will get upset with me when I do not tip as well as they believe I should.
Thought you guys were best in town for service and quality until you charged me for a delivery that I called in 50 mins before close and asked to make sure if that was ok, pizza never showed period, wasted over hour and a half waiting and was charged for something I never received, is this really society's norm now?Replying to your deeply concerned response is my simple question, then why did you refuse to refund my money? If so worried about customer satisfaction the fact that I didn't receive the items I paid for and asked for a refund should be a pretty easy thing to do and the right thing to do, it is not my fault as a customer that you have bad management at your store I will never support your buisness again after this experience and will advise others to do the same
