Cold fries, old sandwiches, and rude woman at the 2nd window that looks angry about life. We returned for fresh fries, but the dining room was locked so had to wait in the drive through. Then upon approaching the 2nd window the lady had this angry look on her face like she wanted to set out truck on fire. She returned about 30 seconds later with clearly microwaved wilted sad fries with barely any salt. Very disappointing. This McDonalds has gone way downhill.
Worst McDonalds ever. They always mess up my orders. I am sick of this place constantly getting my orders wrong or missing items. Then when I try to call to complain, the jack wagon on the phone says he didnt handle my food and hung up on me because he didn't want to hear my disgust. It does not matter, This establishment, management and employees are all incompetent. Yet they want to be paid more for an entry level job when they can't get a simple order right. Customer is NEVER right with these idiots.
rude lady working drive through. posts everywhere on social media about it....but she's still there. they can't get an order right if their lives depended on it. bad management all the way around. you are only as strong as your weakest link.
Lobby, closed. So, if they mess up your order, they want you to go around the line again. Manager rude! Cant get people to work there? Maybe it's the manager! Won't return, will drive to Hudson Oaks, not like this location cares though. Yes, first world problems, but if you pay for something, you expect to receive it.
Good Cheese Burgers just kinda cold. If you don't have a microwave handy you might wanna check the temperature of your food before you leave. Personally cold cool burgers are fine so long as the put a bit more of the condiments and pickles. One more pickle can really make a better burger as can another teaspoon of mustard and catsup. If one orders a DRY burger fine but if not make it right.

Ordered through a delivery service(at 7PM) 5 complete meals, including 4 Mcflurries. Our order was bagged and sealed by the G.M. and was double checked, according to Silva(the G.M.)We were missing 5 orders of fries, one large drink, two Mcflurry and on top of all that ,the food that was sent was not made correctly. When I called to ask if they could fix and complete our order I was accused by the G.M. of lying about my incomplete order. She told me "Come up and I will fix it, if you want to"... when I get there, the icecream machine is broken and there will be a wait on the fries(according to the G.M.) but, the employees were handing out icecream and food to other customers. They even tried to hand me someone's Mcflurries that were behind me in line! At this point I knew she wasn't going to"fix" anything...I left with the one drink (that she had to remake while I waited) and one large fry. I was not offered a reimbursement for any of the food that was made incorrectly or the ones that I was not given. Very unprofessional and disrespectful G.M...We will not be going back to the Weatherford McDonald's
Yesterday about 6:30pm, I pulled into this McDonald’s to just get some milk. I’d gone to two “mini marts”, but no regular milk (only flavored). I came in the back way, but there were markings on driveway that pointed ahead. The trajectory of the driveway, however, puts you at an odd angle to be heard by the speaker. I tried to reposition, but two other cars were coming through, and I couldn’t. So I pulled ahead to the first window. I was trying to explain to this older man what happened, and he just keep cutting me off saying “That’s why y’all need to pull around!” “I can’t hear you!” He could hear me just fine when he quit talking. I told him I only wanted two milks. (I mean, come on. I wasn’t asking them to cook something.). He is very annoyed, rolls his eyes, rings it up and yells “$2!” I give him my debit card. Again, clearly annoyed with me. After I get my receipt and card, I pull forward. I said that I was sorry I was obviously putting that guy (gestured to first window) out and tried to explain again. She just looked annoyed and handed me the milk. No thank you or anything. I get it that we have staffing shortage issues everywhere. I get we have supply chain issues everywhere. But seriously giving me crap because I’m not familiar with this particular McDonald’s to know I need to circle the building and come back around because it’s not marked? That’s poor customer services and just plain rude. I won’t come back to this McDonald’s.
The food was room temperature at best. Tried to let the manager know in a polite way, Only because I truly thought maybe the Warmer's were not on, out possibly not functioning right. And he was extremely rude. I didn't ask for a refund, I was very discreet in letting him know. And he still felt the need to be rude and pompous. I would not ever suggest this McDonald's
Our Grandma just passed, and Major brought so much joy to our car. He had no idea of this, but he made all of our nights. Thank you so much, give this beautiful soul a raise!
