We order from here often. Never had a bad experience. We love Marcos pizza!
Ok…I realize reviews are subjective and who takes the time to do this ?!Well after the 3rd time of my order not being correct, it’s me.I realize I’m the fool as I keepOrdering. The pizza is good, but they never add my toppings, and by never I mean all 3 times I’ve ordered from them. The first time it was like ok…it happens move on .Second time my wife was like call them ! And I said no..no it’s pizza …but now today being the third time I feel like it’s personal and they hate me ..(I’m joking…kind of….)I don’t want anyone fired or yelled at, I just would like my pizza toppings to be on my pizza please…Thank you in advance,-a gluten for punishment
The pizza isn't terrible, but getting it delivered is HORRIBLE! I understand having a shortage of workers, but we've had two deliveries take an hour longer than expected. The most recent, the driver didn't have it in their car, so they had to go back.
First time ordering. I haven’t tried them and I thought they had good deals. I placed the order online and then I get a text message from DeAnna. They don’t have drivers until another 2 hours. That I should pick up my pizza. The purpose of delivery is so that it get delivered. I called the store and some girl answered and was like “Yeah”. Deanna gets on the phone and I explained to her I want a refund. The website directs you to another part to pay (in most cases a third party that accepts payment) and she just talked to me like I was wasting her time but that she received the payment. Hopefully my refund comes through. I take this as a inconvenience and I will not use them next time. If I were you, ordering a pizza online…just call to see if they have drivers. No reply is needed or a sorry.
So the delivery driver was superior to any of the other companies in Weatherford but the pizza was horrible. It was dry like it had no sauce and tasted old like it had been sitting for some time. Will not go back!
This is the second time in 3 orders they have messed up my order at this location.First time I ordered their pepperoni magnifico and it arrived with no pepperonis on it….I was shocked. Then I was told they couldn’t deliver me a new one because they had no drivers. What? Really?Today I ordered pizza for delivery. I was called an hour later to be told they do not have a delivery driver until 6pm but my pizzas are ready if i want to come get them. An hour after my order? Really?Then the arrogant manager gets on the phone with an attitude and proceeds to tell me she was too busy to call when the order was placed. After a few choice words, she rudely hung up on me.I love Marcos pizza but the managers at this store should go back to cooking pizzas. They should all be fired.
This is the BEST PIZZA!! and even though they were short handed Deanna the general manager handled it like a charm. Definently will be driving back to Weatherford to eat here..also so empressed with the locals that came in and was so kind and understanding...very impressive
Oh my gosh my first visit to Marcos pizza it was frantastic Loved the pizza bow. Even though they were short handed that day the girl working took care of our needs as fast as she could. Overall a great visit
First time visiting Marcos pizza Deanna did a wonderful job and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend MARCOS
