I hate to leave a bad review. However, this is uncalled for. I have picked up a ready-to-eat extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. Worst idea ever! This pizza had to be one of the first made right at the end of the lunch rush to sit in the hot box. I tried to microwave it with no luck. My 7-year-old, who eats everything, even says this is gross. I can't even bring myself to feed it to my dog. You either have to wait over an hour after you order or you get something like this.
Much much better off going to some other pizza shop even if it’s some hole in the wall shop! Never answers the phone no matter if you try 15 times… “ Hot n Ready” yeah right never hot n ready, might as well change it to Hot N 45 mins! They open so late and close so early if they can’t find people to work don’t make people suffer by starving for their pizza close the dang place down already it’s a waste of space when something way better can be there. Don’t bother wasting your time and money here not worth it at all!!!! Oh and also seems like they don’t have jack closing time is closing time understandable but if you go an hour before why not be able to get what we want! So if you want something good don’t go in the first place but def don’t go an hour before closing can’t get bread can’t get stuffed crust can’t get any other topping but pepperoni and their excuse is oh it’s an hour before closing
Went to little Caesars today snd bought pizza for my son's birthday party. They told me for 4 pizzas the total was $30.45 for 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni regular hot and ready pizzas. I thought that sounded off, but was in a hurry, i just went to their website and checked their lies out. Weatherford little Caesars is shady as hell. Stealing from your customers and lying while "helping you customers" doesn't keep customers. The woman that wears the elbow brace looked me straight in the eye and told me hot n reasy pizzas were now over $7 each after tax when i questioned them about it costing so much
I've read a ton of negative things about this place, so I was reluctant to go again. I'm so glad I did! I am aware that places are short staffed and this business is no different. So, I decided to walk-in, order and wait. It took no longer than 15 minutes for the pizzas to be ready. During that time I watched an older lady and 3 teenagers absolutely bust their tails, doing everything in their power to run smoothly. About the only thing they couldn't keep up with were ready-made pizzas. I watched more than one person storm in act like an entitled jerk and storm out. I'm so appalled at how awful people acted. Even to the teen that was only running the register. Probably his first job, being treated like crap because people act like children. This staff stayed calm, worked HARD, and did an excellent job with the circumstances there were handed. They all deserve a raise. And folks need to check themselves before entering a place of business and treating anyone like that, much less a young kid. Grow up Weatherford and cut people some slack. Maybe if we stopped treating waitstaff like trash they would stick around. This is not entirely a shortage issue. It's treating others with human decency.
This particular store has been short staffed for weeks and have still done the best they could under the circumstances. They have always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond even when busy to make sure I had everything I need. Terry (not sure on spelling) was super sweet tonight. They were already closed but she had a couple extra pizzas and sold me one anyway. I was having the worst day and this really made my night. I am impressed with the customer service. It may take a little longer but who can complain when the pizza is delicious and so well priced!!!
I ordered thru the app online. For some reason instead of my 5 pm pick up it said I could pick it up at 3:28 pm- ??! Through misadventure- I arrived at 5pm, explain the situation and Terri and Crew- remade my order without extra charge. I did try calling - but Terri and the guys made it great! What service! ?? Thank you Terri and guys for the pizza!
Anthony was awesome. Feeling welcome and friendly staff is important to us. The pizza was the best we have had in a long time. We are new to the area and have tried a few places here.. I will not bother with going anywhere else now.
I arrived at 6:48pm on a Monday evening at the Weatherford, TX, Little Caesars. After waiting 9 minutes for someone to come to the counter, I was told that I couldn’t place an order. I was offered the 4 pepperoni pizzas in the warmer. I told them that I needed 6 pizzas. She told me that all she could sell me was the four in the warmer. I left and went to the next closest location in Mineral Wells, where they were very friendly & more than happy to take my order of 6 pizzas. Terrible customer service in Weatherford. I will not be back to the Weatherford location!
Good for fast cheap pizza. Usually ready go pizzas are never ready. Which means you get a fresh pepperoni pizza for $5. Only waited a few minutes.
I wish I could give a 0 star review. I honestly don’t know how this location is still in business. I ordered through the app and paid for it waited around for over an hour and half so I decided to drive up to the store and it was closed! Google says it’s open until 10. No sign saying why they closed so early. Every time I call it just rings. Don’t waste your time or money. Will never eat there again.
