Paige really made our dining experience 10/10! Way better than our previous experience. She’s a huge and valuable team player at this location.
Went a little after 11 Today on my lunch break. my drink had a piece of brown paper. Or cardboard (not sure what) and attached to it was a hair that was froze to the ice .that I did not find till I finished the drink. My fries had fuzz fried to them. Needless to say I threw up my food and threw away the whole meal.
To say that the customer service was lacking is a major understatement. I entered their drive-through at 40 minutes past 1 in the afternoon. I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches 2 original recipe drumsticks and an order of French fries. When I approached the window and paid for my order, the person at the window waited until after I paid for the order when they informed me that there was going to be a five minute delay on the French fries. Bye waiting until after the bill was paid they took away my ability to cancel that part or my entire order. After being told it would be an additional 5 minutes, they took an additional 23 minutes to deliver the order to my truck. When we stopped to eat, the fries were hot and everything else was room temperature. The worst service I've ever had.I
I have not eaten at KFC in years and now I'm remembering why. They charged us for an extra bowl because someone wasn't paying attention. They gave us the gravy on its side so it was spilled over everything. They didn't double check the order so not everything was there. And then... The biggest what the heck??? I ordered the bowl and rather than put the spicy chicken on the top, I guess they were out and thought to be sketchy by putting crumbs (the spicy crumbs you would find at the bottom of the bag), over the bowl. There was no actual chicken, it was just the skins. What kind of dishonest choice is that?The girl responsible knew she did wrong. Was so rude to my husband, came over and ripped the bag from his hands and just chucked it into the trash. Glaring at him like it was his fault she made so many mistakes.
Ordered kids popcorn chicken, and got a container full of fried breading. Not a single bit of chicken in the whole box! Kids meal had applesauce and dip listed on the reciept, but they were missing from the bag. So my son basically had burned fries for dinner.

Chicken was over cooked, no forks or pepper. The bathrooms were Filthy. Doors were greasy. Crew was just standing around instead of removing a foot high of trays. Will not return
The food was horrible. It is dry and no breading on the chicken and the tenders where not edible. The only thing edible was the fries. My family was kicked out and threatened by two employees and was chased at my employee and even tried to fight me. All because we said something was wrong. They refused to do anything. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. They used profanity and other choice words to me and my family.
Um. This is, by far, the WORST KFC I have ever had the displeasure of. I get the same thing every time I go, have for years. 10 peice dinner. Well apparently they have the buckets premade and set aside because the few times Ive been they've consisted of 3 legs and 7 wings. Never fails. And her recently their hours have changed. To what, you may ask? Well it depends. Went thru there once for lunch (around 11:30) and they didn't open until Noon. Went a few weeks back to pick up.dinner (around 7:30) and they had closed at 6:00. This evening February 2, 2022 (7:30 exactly) the store was completely dead. Not a person nor vehicle in sight. I'm done.
