I’m giving 5 stars right now because tonight, Thursday May 26th around 8:45 PM, the lady that gave my my food was the most cheerful and sweet person I have probably ever encountered there. I go often and feel she should be recognized for smiling and not acting like I was a problem♥️ Wish I could have gotten her name. Oh and the tacos are all I ever order.
The food was delicious as always! The 2 ladies inside were so sweet and got our order right and it came out piping hot! We will be back!
Had me pull around and wait 20 minutes for chicken nuggets. I had already been in line for 20 minutes. Then didn't give me the fries I paid for. Went back and she said it'd be another wait. I left. She also only gave me some avacado sauce instead of ranch i asked for. Absolutely unacceptable. Won't be going back.
This place is a joke. Waited literally 11 minutes to even place my order. Finally ordered then waited over 15 minutes to finally get to the window for the lady to tell me well umm, our computers are down and I gave all the food to the car in front of you cause I didn't know who ordered what. So after wasting nearly 30 minutes I left with nothing.
My salad was fresh, burgers were great and fries were hot as always.
Terrible service everytime I go, especially in the drive thru. Food isn't that good either. The one on Santa Fe is much better.
I don't know what it is. I have tried to come here a couple times hoping it would change. However it didn't the staff is just miserable. Everytime we go they have a bad attitude.
It was early on Christmas Eve so there was only one person working. The ice cream machine was broke but got a great coffee instead.

Super slow no wonder I won't waste my money here. Delivery for these guys are the worst.
