Great food and awesome place to rest. Update: came to eat at the Iron Skillet. Had the chop steak with mashed potatoes. So good that I recommend it to everyone. The staff is fast even though they are short handed. Please be patient with them. They are working long shifts. Thank you for all the hard work. We as drivers need you.
Waitress was awesome, food was ok! Ate the chicken fried steak and filled me up!!

It was pretty good! Took us a bit to find a cleaned table but it was good. Also got a free strawberry shortcake for mother's day
One more business let the bean counters take over. One more business thought not taking phone calls would be a clever way to save time & money. If they're too good to take our call, they certainly shouldn't receive our money folks.They have a "generally" good buffet. It changes daily. Whenever the team and I decide it might be worth the drive we call ahead to ask what's being served. Oh well. Lots of other places ready to answer the phone. Guess we'll take our dollars there.
Great service, great food, I would've given them 5 stars, but when I ordered my steak medium rare I got medium well. Real steak lovers eat them medium rare. Everything else was great.
Server had great personality.. steak not so good.. The cook cooked it perfect.. just could chew it.. all gristle.. shower was clean and really hot water.. Will make it my stop when I'm pass n through.. Shower lady needs a raise.. A BIG ONE..Very hard worker
They have changed the menu a little since the last time I ate at one, but it was great! Staff was on point.
all I can say is the restaurant manager needs a raise as well as the waitresses who kept us fed in the ice storm ....they went above and beyond to make sure we ate when they could have shut the restaurant down ...Petro needs to check into getting these folks some big tips from corporate please I've been out here 35 yrs and you don't see commitment to your job these days but they went above and beyond I was told the guy cooking was the manger and pulled 3 double shifts Thursday and Friday went home 4 hours and came back ..Thank You all that kept us fed and went above and beyond to do your job during the ice storm Thank You
Terrible service for drivers. Only one waitress and she can’t handle the whole section by herself. Have to wait a long time to get your order taken and the food takes long to come too. Had to wait for 20 minutes and my food to get cold until I could get a knife to cut my steak. She didn’t apologize or try to make it up… she would just say “I’m the only one here” don’t understand why would they not have more people working.. if I could give less than one star I would.. definitely not coming back here…
