Bad management, 2 waitresses and 1 cook and the place is packed! Owner needs to know that the manager working tonight doesn't know how to schedule employees! 2 waitresses have been working since 2pm and it is 11:34pm now. Sam the owner needs to get his but to his business and take care of bad management! I don't blame the waitresses or the cook!
Why is it so slow ordering online? Second time in a row order does not match the online ready time. Wait at least 20 minutes or more after what it tells you online if ordering here. im here on a thursday night its not busy and 20 minutes after the "ready" time and i still dont have my order! Update 5/28/22 late night staff continue to be very very SLOW even when theres not many customers, i order just a stack of pancakes togo and 10 min after ready time no one even talks to me so i just walk out cuz Im not gonna wait 20-30min+ past the ready time again. I also saw a dine in customer walk out without paying and heard other customers talk about the slow service paying the bill.
Is the experience at IHOP ever great? No. But boy howdy was our last visit a doozy... The food was mediocre and very skimpy on the portions, took the food foreeeever to come out, the waitress was rude and inattentive we literally had to straight out ASK for every drink refill we received, it was like we were an inconvenience to her even being there... But the BEST PART? There were ants on the wall by our table... Like multiple ants just chilling out and having a stroll passed the peeling paint on the wall ?Honestly makes me never want to go back, we probably won't ever go back to this particular location... Bad food, bad service, bad everything. Save your money and go somewhere else.
My Daughter, son, grandson and myself went to Ihop for a late breakfast. I love there gluten free pancakes! I told our waitress this was my Happy Birthday fun trip weekend. The waitress surprised me with a lovely cake with ice cream, whipping cream and a cherry with other IHOP staff to sing Happy Birthday. Our waitress was AWESOME! I highly recommend this restaurant & their staff! God bless Ya'll all!
I visited IHOP a few days ago and the greeter was extremely rude. She even rolled her eyes at me. ? However our waitress was amazing Marian . I hope IHOP mangers will work on this and correct it.
Bad place they did not include my 4 extra pieces of bacon. Basically stole my money from me. My french toast wasnt even done all the way and overall just bad quality of food
Watched a DoorDasher trying to check on the order and they ignored him and was rude, he asked to speak to manager she was rude as well then a cook came out threatening him. After that show I walked out and lost my business. Very unprofessional
Used to work for an ihop. Service was decent, food well prepared. Though i had to go inside to inquire about my order. Curbside could use improvement.
Understaffed. Our waitress was great, but the cooks messed up my order. Waitress made good for their goof.Our waitress(Wendy) also had to run the register.
Ran in for breakfast take out and was first time I did. Food was hot and delicious.
