My husband and I were walking in the square and decided to have a nightcap at the bar. It was our first time here at Zenos. We found 2 empty seats at their bar at 730pm on a Friday night so we sat down. All of a sudden, the hostess comes to us and tells us that we cannot sit at the bar and that these seats are reserved. Mine you, no one is in line for a table. I have never heard of an establishment that reserves a bar stool , just tables for dinner. So stupid, and we were not going to sit in a corner at a table just to have drinks. Well we walked out and will not come back or recommend this place. What is wrong with just a walk in ? We were dressed nicely and we had $$ to spend and were not rude to anyone. Oh, well, your loss guys. We are treated much nicer at the Fire Oak Grill and we have been there 2 weeks in a row and we love THEIR service!
Authentic Italian food in Weatherford? You know it and Zenos has all the street credit needed to deliver tasty Italian food inan intimate setting. Very highly recommended
Great meal with lots of showmanship in the dining room: display kitchen, tableside preparation of entrees, desserts on display, etc. This did NOT feel like a Weatherford restaurant but rather a REAL restaurant from a big city. Service was better than expected with a few minor misses. The bartender referred to the risotto as "rice" and didn't know what Osso Bucco was. Those are minor though. His smile and attitude made up for everything. Both entrees were outstanding and the wine selection was great. The Caprese appetizer tomatoes left a little to be desired and could have used fresh basil. Tiramisu was great and I liked the presentation in the glass jar. Espresso was served in a highball glass from the bar instead of an espresso cup. EVERYONE in the dining room looked happy and this place had a great vibe to it. This will replace Fire Oak Grill as my go-to place when in Weatherford.
One bite and you will think you are sitting in a restaurant outside of Milan. The ambiance, service and food is that good. The ambiance was welcoming and the service attentive. The food was savory with well balanced seasoning. The Calamari was light and crispy. The salmon and lobster fettuccine was delicious and well portioned. The Crème Brûlée was amazing. Overall a memorable and fabulous experience.
Zeno's is a cool place to eat, however it seems a little overpriced for the quality of food you get. The food was good, but a little on the cool side when it arrived, and the service was good, but long wait. Will go back for sure, but not as often I would like
The atmosphere was nice - quiet and well decorated. The salmon melted in my mouth. Excellent quality and well-prepared. Wait staff was friendly and professional.
Hold your horses! This Italian restraunt is about to change your country loving, cowgirl, boot-scoot in’ mind! This Restaraunt is one of my favorite Restaraunt’s in the WORLD. I thank my lucky stars that they chose to open up their place in little ‘ole Weatherford, when these guys could easily be in Dallas. Their food takes you on a journey all the way over to Italy and is absolutely euphoric. The drinks are made with as much style and flavor as the main course. A night out at this place is a bit on the pricy side, but I’d eat ramen noodles for a month to save up my money to have one meal here a month if I had to. They do book up pretty quickly as then venue is on the quant side, so be sure to make a reservation. It’s time to treat yourself. Dine here with loved ones, take your time and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
We found this lovely place via Google. We were greeted on entry by the owner and service was wonderful from start to finish. We split the antipasto italiano charcuterie board and calamari, and the fettuccini al salmone. All three were amazing.
The calamari and zestier-than-usual sauce was very good. Service was top-notch and we felt a good ambiance.
Stopped here for lunch with friends Great sauce! Outdoor dining! Authentic Italian tastes abd everything fresh. A rare find
