More expensive than subway with less choices but with higher quality ingredients.
My first review for this store was 5 yrs ago. Basically it was alright, but there was absolutely room for improvement. I was a regular then. I had discovered Firehouse Subs @ the Rosedale Fort Worth location, near the hospital. The one in Weatherford had just opened. I assumed it would improve over time.Today 4.8.22 I came back again for the first time since that last visit.. it's gotten a lot worse. There was only one other customer in the store. I order my sandwich & ask for extra onions. There were hardly any on the sandwich. Whatever, no big deal. But the sandwich was soggy & the soda was stale. Last minute I add on a lrg loaded potato soup. The guy at the register exclaims "Wow! Our prices really have gone up!" Okay? I haven't been in this location for 5yrs. I'd never known if you hadn't said anything.. The thing that really bothers me tho is that tiny serving of $5 soup literally looked like that watery trash Campbell's Chunky Soup you get in a $3 can. I was flabbergasted by the quality. Absolutely terrible. I will not be returning again.
Good sandwiches, terrible service. Several times I've walked in and not been acknowledged. Even when they aren't busy. Today, for example, I was second in line and four people were standing at the board not working and no one even made eye contact until I got up to the register.
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. There’s one guy who knows me and he calls me kiddo! They always make me feel so welcome and loved there. They always bless us with amazing service and food.
Skip the Mac and liquid they call cheese. Sandwich good, wife had side of chili and liked it.
Don't get loaded potato soup because it's not loaded one potato piece in whole cup.casheir said corporate s fault very little meat on sandwich
Would like to see the hot sauces return or at least have a display so you can choose one for them to give you.
I'm GF/DF and the GF bread was delicious.
It was really good went there with my family 10/10 recommend
I've never had a bad sandwich from any of their locations, and I've eaten 4 or 5 different sandwiches. All were tasty and they're all pretty quick.
