They did a great job of handling 2parties of 15 at once. Just wish when we called for reservations we could have been located in back room. It was very noisy, but we had small children. Our waitress was fabulous.
3 stars. I have been here twice in the last 6 months. The first time I set a reservation and after 30 minutes of waiting after my time they told me "sorry for the wait they forgot about us". Then made us wait for them to seat two more tables before seating us. In total we waited an hour for a table for 2 on a quiet Monday afternoon. The food was less than impressive, the enchiladas were bland, the sauce was past it's prime and the rice was SO bad, I didn't touch the beans. After today I won't be going back. It took me 15 min to get my first refill, if not longer. I pray yall go to DFW Location, 70% better. Weatherford just sucked for service. Each time I've been here has been awful. The staff is Not motivated to actually make money. I asked for chips and salsa to-go.. the bags of chips were stale and They tasted like cheap, old mass produced plastic corn wafers and the salsa was absolutely pace picsnte sauce.
They do not cater to people witu allergies. My sister has dietary needs and she could only eat two things in the entire restaurant. I'm very disappointed. Their service is great and they have good food, but they don't have any inclusivity for anyone with food allergies.
My mom and I went in for dinner around 5:30pm. Not many people where there, we waited a few minutes then the (I believe the Manager) Marcus showed up to seat us. We waited for probably 5 minutes maybe longer no server showed up. Marcus came back and asked if we had been helped yet. When we told him no, he got our drink order and our food order. He waited on us the rest of the time. The food was amazing along with his service. He went above and beyond to make sure we where taken care of. If you haven’t tried the fajita chicken enchiladas, you need to they are amazing!
This is my favorite restaurant in Weatherford. The staff is amazing...always. Today Jaden was our server and we had such a great time! The Chicken Tortilla Soup is my favorite. The GM is Michelle is wonderful too. If I don't feel like cooking and want to go somewhere that's consistently great then we always come here.♡

Good food and good service despite labor challenges. Servers try hard to stay attentive. Food is good albeit beef fajitas were a little tough due to prob bad cut. Good value overall.
It had been awhile since I ate at El Fenix. A coworker and I decided to eat at the Weatherford location. I was surprised! The food was right on point and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend.***Update***This is the second time coming here for lunch with a co-worker. Chvon was our waitress again. This lady is exceptional. I will request her section from now on. Great waitress and deserves praise.
Service was a bit slow being that we saw plenty of servers. The chicken tenders my son had were burnt around the edges. The rest was tasty for sure.
This is my FAVORITE El Fenix. The food is fantastic, but I keep coming back because of the AMAZING staff. Lexi is so friendly and positive. She’s also very attentive and gets everything out fast. Michelle is also amazing. She is so sweet and friendly. I’m so grateful for a place where the food is yummy and the staff is attentive and friendly.
