Staff weren't very friendly or showed any personality. The bathroom was clean but I did have a difficult time attempting to lock the door.It was extremely busy when we stopped in so I can't ding the staff for the cleanliness of the facility. Half the restaurant was closed off and parking was full.It was the unfriendly nature of the staff however that turned my wife and I off to this location and made.me.only offer two stars
We patronize our local businesses, however, we are DONE with Dairy Queen. Hours are ridiculous - closing at random times, dining room closes in the early evening, and the drive through backed up 20 cars deep. Want some soft serve? Save yourself the anguish and go across the parking lot to grab some gelato from H‑E‑B.
This location and the one in Weatherford can't make up their mind on what hours they are open. One weekday they are open until 10 another they are closed by 9. They have a sign that is unreadable from a large distance recently added to ONE walk-in door and no Katie on the drive thru. The staff isn't even trained to verify the correct amount of cash is given or to give change at this location. Management/ownership needs to make some serious changes. On 4/6 there were 4 cars I. Less than 5 minutes going through to get product . All lights were on. Management/ownership please review your policies. This is ridiculous!
Dirty and dilapidated.Needs major renovations or better yet rebuilding.Staff was less than par.$19 for a steak finger basket and a kids meal!
Had offer for $2.00 float. No one, not even assistant manager could figure out how to make register ring the float up for the $2.00 plus 16/17 cent tax. Went with A friend next day and had the same problem!
I don't like giving terrible reviews but my grilled chicken sandwich had black Teflon/plastic all over it, small and big pieces. It was horrific. They only had less than a handful of people working as we passed through on vacation for a bite. It's whatever .. We love DQ.
Honestly won't be back. Yes they ended up putting way to much mustard. Made it right, but I just won't be wasting my money back there again
Order 5 taco, I could not tell which was coldest the Taco Meat or the lettuce tomato and cheese are the taco shell. I guess no one told them meat had to be served at it certain temperature. On the no circumstances am I going back to patronize that establishment.
Food was made fresh and to order. Great service.
I wanted chicken and dumplings. And my daughter wanted a burger. It was quick, hot, and very good. The staff were very friendly.
