Horrible. We ordered two of the special salads with greens and chicken. Serves was horrible. Salads had no greens, ice burg lettuce i didn't get croutons. And no napkins. I had to get them myself. We waited 20 minutes for the server to return to get to to go bix. Not happening so i got it myself. Then myself and my sister had terrible stomach issues after the salad. Not a good place.
Today was a pretty bad experience at CB. I had my 100 year old grandmother with me, in her wheelchair. The wait was almost 30 minutes, and just tell me where you are supposed to wait in their cluttered storefront with so many people and her in a wheelchair. Then, they tried to squeeze us into an impossible seating arrangement. One lady did finally say, "we can seat you over here, I didn't realize you had a wheelchair." Their system should be able to note that.The service was ok, the food was so-so. I saw one couple get seated near us and after several minutes of waiting to even be served drinks (which never came), they got up and left.Last poor thing about our visit was that the front doors were definitely not ADA compliant. It was hard to carry our to go drinks and push her to the front AND open the door (which no one offered to help). I can certainly say that we won't be back!
Just like grandma made. Great food and excellent service. There was a wait to b seated however overall experience was great.
Cracker Barrel,Good Food, excellent service, average wait time considering. CV-19. Try the daily special is worth it and tasty.
Absolutely abysmal service. Waited for almost an HOUR AND A HALF for pancakes, bacon, and hash brown casserole. Waitress had a terrible attitude and was more concerned about making sure larger parties had everything they need rather than being attentive of everyone else. Watched 3 tables sit down, order, and get their food before we even got our food and we ordered before they did.This restaurant is an absolute joke.
The service here has become rediculous at best and the management doesn't have a clue. Waited at the host stand to be seated for several minutes watching the host shoot the bull with the table closest to the door. Once seated, watched customers getting up and walking out without being waited on at all while wait staff spends time, 10 to 12 minutes talking with people take they seem to know who had finished their meals and had their check on the table. The manager was running around oblivious to it and the fact that customers didn't even have drinks. I was ready to walk out but my wife wasn't having it. We were in the restaurant for nearly 50 minutes before we were served and most of the meal was not even warm. Mostly stone cold. I try to be understanding with covid-19 and all but that excuse has been rude to death and this Cracker Barrel just keeps getting worse.
I do love Cracker Barrel so much but I think the employees are much friendlier and the food is better at the Benbrook location. The fire was going but there was only one log burning so it was still cold. The food was good though.
Food was good, wait was shorter than quoted but service was horrible. Took forever for the waitress to come to the table. Add to ask for refills, had to ask for the biscuits/ corn bread, lemons (that we asked for when we ordered the drinks and questioned where they were when drinks were brought out. Stayed she would bring them out). When I asked the other waitress that brought out the food for the lemons, she brought them right out then us to be nice to the waitress. Whatever that meant. We were nothing but nice. Also when I asked for a refill of my water, when she got to the kitchen door (we were in plain site, 3 tables away) the waitress rolled her eyes.
I haven't been to one of these in years and remembered it being pretty good. Not the case anymore. I mean it wasn't terrible, but I'm pretty sure most of it was microwaved from a frozen state. The staff were very friendly though, definitely have to give them some credit for that.
So good friendly atmosphere but the food had no taste french toast looked and tasted like very raw eggs and the scramble eggs where not even cooked inside looks like the cook is in a hurry .
