Amy was great! The food, good as always!
Ordered cobb salad with chicken, chicken fried steak dinner. Food was old had been sitting for a long time, chicken fried steak was tough, rolls were hard, no silverware, chicken in salad was hard and rubbery. Contacted them by email and never got a response horrible customer service. Always the same excuse with them, short handed, arent we all, same thing the last two times we went in to eat. Will never eat there again.
I’m sorry, i don’t usually give reviews at all and i’m a very patient person, but i just got off of work and went into here and it took so long for me to even get seated. As soon as i was seated, not a single soul even got me a menu or asked if i have been helped. 20 minutes pass by and i just walk out. I totally understand if you’re busy, i work in food too, but almost absolutely no on was there , theres really no excuse ?
The hostess was attentive and professional. Had a problem w the food. Was unable to get the attention of my waiter, but when someone finally came to my table, I was able to address my problem. The manager was understanding about the whole situation.
Party of 3 and was enough to know not to return to this location. We waited over 30min for our food to come out of the kitchen(Veggie platter, CFS and 6oz sirloin meal). Not only did we get one basket of rolls (3 rolls) entire time, they also were supposedly baking cornbread and never received any after asking several times. No refills on tea/drinks Mind you the place was not busy. Only 4 other tables being used. Finally food comes out only to have cold veggie sides that seemed to be old and not freshly prepared to have taken so long. Hardly any gravy for CFS. Had to ask for more to wait additionally for that. Just save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.
It wa s just okay. Period rolls are small and relic of times and tea.tasted old and slightly sour. Aged. The server was sweet but she has no training. Not her fault. I ve tried repeatedly to uphold restraunts during pandemic but laxadaisy just makes it no longer worth it. It's not personal it's all of them. We ve gotten sick so many times lately from food eaten out. Just pretty fed up. We used to love specials and came on regular. But all that changed. So sad.
Took my mom there for mothers day. Waitress was inattentive and after 30 mins we saw her talking to another waitress and point at our table, so the other waitress came up and let us know some of the food we ordered they were out of. We got our drinks and appetizers for free though because we walked out
Service was excellent restaurant was clean and the food was excellent! My waitress name was named Ingrid and was really friendly and on top of everything..

Maddie was an amazing waitress! She was sweet, helpful and happy to joke around with us. The food was amazing as well, but it was truly Maddie who made the night amazing. We went as a birthday celebration dinner for my husband and were extremely pleased. We will absolutely be coming back and asking for Maddie.
