Giving up! I have gone in there twice, both times leaving without eating. Both times they tried to make me sit at the bar. I am missing a disc in my back! If you can't accommodate for disabilities then why are you open? Last time I called and spoke with a manager who assured me this would not happen again. Lazy and pathetic.Just called and spoke to a manager. Unsympathetic jerk. We're done.
My kids finally talked me into trying this place. Needless to say I WONT be back!!!! It took 20 minutes just to get our drink order. Then to place our food order, well that took asking the manager (which acted like we were bothering him) to get our food order placed! And don't even think about paying out at one of the 2 registers, unless you are take-out. That's two and a half hours of my life that I'll never get back!!!!!!

Food taste great as usual, just ordering accuracy and convenience is terrible. This store alone won’t allow ordering online, won’t allow ordering from the app, so you have to call and when you get your orders, there are no fries at all on any of the 4 orders or even if it was rang up 20/20, not a single order of fries yet the pricing was more than the 20/20 even on boho Tuesday. I’m not sure that it’s normal but there were no napkins or hand wipes either. The wing accuracy was great. Individually boxed and labeled. I love this place but I can never order online and if I order Togo it’s always different than what I can order online and maybe that’s why you have to call in. Not to mention ordering online allows you to gain points if you are a rewards member yet you have to request the scannable receipt to get your points as it’s not available unless you request it at this location. I haven’t lived here long so maybe it’s normal around here considering every place I go is short on inventory and giving orders out missing what’s advertised. Either way it’s nothing to get on to staff about as management is supposed to have a grip on things and staff probably changes monthly as employment turnover rates are at an all time high and the individual taking my order didn’t sound like they knew exactly what they were doing. People need to be trained properly and food service companies around here need to have more integrity. Regardless, if you want a good experience at this location, go inside and sit down so you can enjoy the good service and get what was missing while you’re there.
Staff is nice. Sometimes they are slow on table touching and keeping up with you but it’s busy so I’ll say that is why sometimes the service is slacking. Great food and drinks were very good
Love Buffalo Wild Wings - and hate this location. We’ve finally had enough bad experiences here that we will not be returning. We’ve had parts of our order missing for take out, we’ve been left sitting and waiting and served cold food while dining in. The customer service here is non existent, when we have inquired we are fought- the value of the customer being right is long lost here. We have been understanding of short staffed situations and being kind and courteous to our waiters and waitresses - and somehow this human decency has not be returned regardless of how much we are paying for our experience and the ambiance of sports. A note to those who read - go support your locally owned sports bars instead!
We go here quite a bit with my family and always have a good experience, but this last visit we had was amazing! Our waiter named Joseph, answered all my silly questions I had and was completely okay with my three Littles who are little rambunctious. My oldest is deaf and speaks sign language, I didn’t tell this to our waiter but he sure did notice and spoke to her in ASL and she loved it. That doesn’t happen often for us, and to see the smile in our 7 years olds face because someone knew how to talk to her was great! We will as always, be back again. ?
I will say one I do love this place best Buffalo wild wings I have been to two nothing beats coming in and being welcomed like one of their own. If you know the restaurant industry then you know what I mean by one of their own. Great service great food. P.m. shift was amazing tonight go Eagles!
The wings were good as usual. They are back to wearing face masks for workers. What I didn't like was that they only had plastic silverware and it's almost impossible to cut anything with a plastic knife.
Was pretty good food lil pricey and the bone out wings were small but delicious
