I ordered a black forest sundae and the worker didn't know how to make it. 1 didn't know what kind of cake was suppose to be on the bottom. 2 put chocolate sauce and a worker caught it and said no hot fudge so that was added. 3 put strawberry and then added cherry to it. The hot fudge sauce was gritty so it was like eating sand. That was the only bite I took. I will not be going back.
Service was terrible! Waited in line to order ice cream! The lady asks me what I want and I said small chocolate shake and she says "ugh I hate making shakes" as she proceeds to walk to the shake station. She wipes off the counter that seemed to have melted ice cream and other stuff on it with her HANDS! And then doesn't wash them and grabs a cup to make the shake. Before she could start the shake she walked over to help another associate make something. I let 5 min go before I just walked out! And there was a lady not wearing a hat!
We love coming here. It's so inexpensive and my kids love their food and ice cream options. It's always a fun spot to come when it's a hot day or an after school treat. The staff is friendly but they're always short handed. It's unfortunate but I'm not taking a star away because it's not their fault and they're doing the best they can with the current circumstances of the world. It seems like everywhere is short staffed. Either way, the staff somehow manages to still be friendly despite a high stress work environment that's constantly busy and demanding...and that deserves some praise.
The girls there were having an off day so I went on ahead and gave it three stars because the food's always normally pretty good
I am highly disappointed with my experience there today. I had to have them fixed my burger due to not being informed that it had ketchup and tomatoes on it. Only took a burger that had mayonnaise on it in return.. I can't have either due to an allergy. It's sad that this has become just another fast food restaurant.
Love this ice cream! The hamburgers and such are okay in most locations. The ice cream makes up for a lot of short comings. A lot of nice people work there.
I get off work late and there’s not much in Weatherford still open. I have come to Braums before at 10 PM and been told the kitchen is closed, they close at 10:45 PM. But I understand things happen. I got here tonight at 10 PM again, but the girl at the window/& ordering is SO FRIENDLY!! KARLEE is her name! Made my experience amazing!! Thank you Karlee:)
Went in to pick a couple boxes of saltiness crackers. Only one box on shelf. Ought to be glad they had that, a few weeks before they did not have any on shelf. This Time at least something. Aldi has had NO saltiness crackers on self the last several times I have been in there.
Stopped by and had a Chocolate Chip shake. Shake was tasty. Staffed was poorly trained and it was painful to watch the manager attempt to work the line and even more painful to watch the counter girl try to figure out the machines needed to mix the shake. Floors and countertops were littered and splotched with drippings and garbage. Floor staff were actively cleaning but I'm not sure what. Bathroom had also not been cleaned in awhile, with detritus strewn across the floor and commode. I would take small kids here after a game but no one else.
Everything was good just the fries wasn't that warm and a little grease soaked like they had been under heat lamp to long. Service from employees was very nice and polite.
