Y'all need to stop by this Arby's when Daryl is working he is such a hard worker. He didcircles around the other workers. He needs to be teaching the young ones and even the older adults how to behave this way and be polite and considerate to customers. Daryl went out of his way for every customer here today! He was awesome . Our restaurants and places to eat would be so much better if we had more employees like Daryl. he made sure that everything was okay with our meal and made sure that we were comfortable that's the way it used to be we need to get back to that. Daryl needs to be manager way to go Darrell keep up the good work!!!
The staff is always very nice. It doesn't matter if I'm doordashing or if I am ordering for myself. They're very kind to me and the food is fresh.
Love this place. Great fast friendly service with a smile. Food is always fresh and hot. I always ring the bell.
They did not have auju for French did. Ended up getting cheddar and roast beef. No cheddar on my sandwich! So dry I couldn't eat it.
It's not the food is bad it's just sandwich restaurants in general love to charge high prices.
Tried the brisket bacon beef sando.It was just ok and at 10.95 each. Won't be spending that kind of money on the just ok sandwich...sorry not sorry
visited Arby's, Weatherford TX at 6:42 pm, I had coupons, and the app (50% off sandwich), the girl running register was fine, Veronica, however she needed the girl I assume is the manager, I was holding my phone for her to see the app. she says " I see it; my eyes work!!" that, well, it shocked me... I replied, I thought you needed to scan it or something, then she is telling me, " there's not even a barcode on that". I don't appreciate your employee running a smart mouth at me when I am spending my hard earned money. I kept my mouth shut, as I'm 55, an adult. this issue needs your attention, I will be back but expect Way better service. she doesn't represent the Brand at all.
I think this was a bad day for Arby's. They ran out of drink carriers- I had eight drinks. The curly fries were funky- dried and nasty. And they were out of almost everything on the menu. Yikes. If I were corporate- I'd close this place down- and do a reboot. At the very least- who ever does the ordering needs to be fired.
I ordered at drive thru. 2 classic roast beef no cheese just meat & bread with order of curly fries. I just left few minutes ago got home both sandwiches have some kind of horrible sauce on them (weren’t just meat & bread as ordered). Put my curly fries on plate & have mixture or fries & taters tots both of which are cold. The young man who took my money at the window was RUDE. This isn’t first time but thought would give one more try….Will I be back??? Not only but ___No as the saying goes.
Love arby`s. Always go thru the drive in and get it to go.its always fast and hot. No complaints here.
