Where do I begin. If I could give this place no stars I would. We’ve been living in the area for a little over 3 years and have had a bad experience with this place every time we’ve ordered from them. We’ve tried to give them a chance thinking that maybe the experience would get better but it didn’t. We will never ever go back to the Waxahachie location, we have given them enough of our money in exchange for the terrible food and service. Last week was the worst experience. I called a order in over the phone ( surprised that they answered because they hardly ever answer) the girl said our order would be ready in about 25 minute’s(we waited about 30 minutes before going to pick up our order and was told it wasn’t ready). My husband went in to pick up our order, paid for it and was told that the order would be ready shortly. My husband took a seat in the waiting area patiently waiting on our $50 order. At this point my husband had been sitting in there waiting for about 30 minutes. My husband then proceeded to walk to the counter to ask the cashier how much longer it would be and she said oh let me check, she then started looking at the orders that were sitting on the counter and saw our order which had been ready 30 minutes ago (my husband saw that same bag sitting on the counter when he paid for the food) my husband then went on to tell her that he wanted a refund because our fries and chicken had been sitting there for 30 minutes, the girl by the name Paige( I guess that’s her real name) walked back to I guess the assistant mgr and says this man wants his money back, I don’t even know why because the food is still warm ( horrible customer service), my husband responded and said I want my money back because my food has been sitting for 30 minutes and no one has called my name, Paige(wing stop worker) says we are busy that’s why no one has called your name , busy? That’s not the customers fault. Anyways one word led to the next we ended not getting any food (a waste of time) but a refund, no one apologized or offered to remake the food horrible establishment. Go at your own risk but they will not get anymore of our money. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

I do mystery shopping and this place failed while I was there I witnessed my food sit in the counter for twenty five minutes before it was given to me. The employees talk to you like trash, outright refuse to give you their name.I also witnessed the employee give free food away.My food was cold when I got home. I usually don’t leave a review after a shopping experience but this place shouldn’t even be open for business.I look forward to the response from the corporate when I deliver the reviewFood was missing as well. And the flavors were wrong

If i could give a negative 10 on stars on would. We moved to area from Mansfield and its been over 10 months and we still cant get anyone to answer the phone at this place. We miss our wingstop in our old area. This one appears to not need money to keep going.

We ordered bone in lemon pepper wings. The most nauseating thing was the 5/8ths inch pin feathers still attached and cooked on the wings. So, obviously they are not cleaning the wings before cooking them. Add that to the over 1/4” of grease they were floating in and we could not eat it. Waste of money and no dinner. Unsanitary.

A girl with dark brown/black hair assisted me today and was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. She refused to give me her name. This place is not worth the time or money!!!!!!! She is a cashier!Because of her , I’ll never go back and will advise friends.

Very ghetto, managers always have unclean rap music blaring. You can tell the place does not get cleaned often. Very dirty. Managers not always in uniform. Very unprofessional.

It’s obvious the Waxahachi and Red Oak facilities are just a romper room for 16 year old children to eat free and play “let’s pretend we have a job”!The shift supervisors themselves are still wearing pull ups, so I can only imagine why the adult managers are rarely there, for all we know there are no adults running the business.The lack of professionalism and experience of these kids is a disgrace to the franchise. I personally would not allow my child to work in a place with the service and reviews as they are.It appears to me the time has come to boycott these two Wingstops. Stop patronizing them. It’s not going to change, stop funneling your money there. When the cash flow stops coming in, maybe then and only then will Corporate Wingstop step in and hire mature young adults to operate the place like a business.My money goes elsewhere, maybe yours should to!

Ordered for pickup 3 wing combos with fries, didn’t get any of my fries and had to drive back and sit there and wait for my fries for 20 minutes lol.

The drink machine is consistently messed up and drinks taste disgusting. Food is hit and miss with accuracy. We love wings so we keep going. About done with getting our drinks there though.

I ordered 75 wings at this location. They stated I couldn't get dipping sauce unless I ordered a family pack. 75 wings & no sauce. Terrible policy
