Nice quiet place. Quick food.
1st time Order was perfect fast and fresh.2nd time order was perfect. Slow and lettuce had been wilting as I waited to get to window. Over 30 minutes once I ordered. Breaks my heart to write this. Will give them one last try.3rd and final try- they cut the time in half only 15 minutes after order. The big issue is that I ordered a medium shake and was charged for and given a large after having to repeat myself several times when ordering. Just not worth stopping at this one anymore when a manager in drive thou can't get an order right.3rd and final attempt to see if this location had improved ordered curbside for 12 a day before. I arrived early by 5 minutes my order was still late as people who ordered less than 10 minutes ago got there meals. At least the burgers where correct.
Do you need a review for this. Best chain burger restaurant. Love the fries, A Texas tradition. How many places still put God on the windows. Love this place. .Now days I get the double meat Whataburger junior, get my double meat without eating to much. And of course a breakfast Taqueito is always in order. Just wish I could get them 24 hours.
I love this location. It's close to my current carrier terminal and always see familiar faces. Food is always cooked right, despite how busy they are. That tells me they upkeep on their equipment frequently too. Most of their staff is usually friendly, some are just new or hate their job... haha. It's all good. One thing I'd note but not really, is wait times. When they're busy, and usually are, your order can take more than 20 min. Another thing to note, about online orders. When you order a coffee, it doesn't come with creams or sugars.. They give you black coffee. But again, I love this location so I inventory my vehicle with cream and sugar hahaha.

This Was My 1st At This Location I Came Here Mr. David Took My Order, And He Has Great Customer Service With A Good Sense Of Humor. The Staff Was Nice, Food(Hot) Came Our Fast As Expected, And They Got My Order Right. The Place Was Clean, Music Was Jamming, And The Waitress She Was Nice That Brought My Food .
Mobile ordered a breakfast taquito from 9 miles away for carry out. I got to the store and it was locked at 8AM. A worker was sitting at a table amd just points to I assume the drive through, so I wait behind 3 cars to tell them I have a Mobile order, kinda defeated the purpose. Pulled around and waited in the B lane until they brought it out. Order was correct but if carryout isn't an option take it off the app, I've seen other stores grey out options that aren't available.
Very happy with my visit. Management was friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place.
Came with a group of 6 of us and we waited an hour for our food. They lost our order so after 40 minutes, we went up to the cashier and he had no idea where it went. I will say the manager was very helpful so thankful for him and his kindness and apology.
