I can’t say enough about this place. Every single table is covered in trash, floor is covered in trash, I saw two employees sitting at the table and they left and left their trash. The shake machine was down like most people say. We had to clean our own table just to sit down. Have been here at least 20 mins and not a single employee has cleaned anything. All they done is come out to eat and leave their trash.
I've been to this location a few times and that was a few times too many. When they are rude and you call them out they'll be overly "nice" with a smirk on their face. Haven't had one good experience at this location. Whataburger has also dropped the grilled cheese from their menu. That makes no sense considering it takes less time to make and they have the ingredients. Bye whataburger. I don't understand why people like this chain restaurant.
Went during the dinner rush on a Monday night. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so I went inside to order. Joshua H (Josh) greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was very polite and respectful. I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes or so for my to-go order (which I had no problem doing considering how busy they were). Josh stayed busy cleaning tables, taking orders, and refilling tea pitchers. He checked on my order status a couple of times while I was waiting and even offered two free apple pies to make up for the long wait time. All that aside, I was very impressed with the service I received from Josh upon entering the establishment all the way through until I walked out. Also would like to mention that my food was still very warm and fresh by the time I got it home. Really pleased tonight, Whataburger!
I was the only person in the lobby. There were 2 cars in the drive through. I waited for 45 minutes. I actually had to ask when it was going to be ready.l. I got combos for 4 people. There wasn't a single thing they got correct. And it was all cold. Very cold. This has become a pattern. I'll go to the one in town from now on. Nobody can come to this place on their lunch break, that's for sure.
Slow!!! Slow!! I think they cook one single frie at a time they are so slow. It never takes less than 30 minutes in the drive through even if you are the only car. Is the management ok with their terrible service? No pride.
Walked in the lobby, and after waiting for 5 minutes some came to tell me the lobby was closed. Then I went to the drive through and order my food. Got to the window and after I paid, I was asked to park and waited another 10 minutes. I understand short in staff but don't have to make someone wait 5 minutes just to let them know the lobby is closed.!
I am currently in line at this whataburger. I have been sitting at the window waiting on an order for two Number 1’s, for the last 26 minutes. This is the second time I have tried this place and the first time was no better. Worst whataburger in the state of Texas. I just now received my food after asking for a refund instead. My kids burger is missing 1/5th of it. What on earth is going on here
Fries were cold onion rings looked like they were cooked in old grease. Told the we did not want tomatoes nor pickles on our burgers n they had tomatoes and pickles.
I just witnessed an employee handle all our food with her bare hands, rubbed it all against her shirt to get a ton of chicken strips out, she then put her mask down and grabbed a handful of fries and stuffed them in her mouth and continued handling our food. I cancelled our order and drove off.. we’re in the middle of a pandemic and even if we weren’t that is just disgusting ?
JP's motivation & Inspiration lifts my spirit every time I come to whataburger. He's looked over & misunderstood a lot, but he has the heart of lion, eyes like an eagle, and is harmless as a lamb. God truly blessed this world by sending a guy like JP to grace us all with a little love, motivation and laughter. Thank you JP for all that you do.
