I went through the drive thru to order some food at 11:30 pm. The lady that was taking my order did not comprehend what I was asking for, she caught a attitude with me. I stayed calm because I new they were preparing my food. She gave me my and milk shake drink with a hole in it. And was laughing about it. My car have cream leather seats and she destroyed them with this Dr Pepper drink. I want contact the owner, this is not right I did nothing wrong to get this punishment.
Open 24hrs but only taking "online orders" at 2am? So I can sit in the drive through, make an order on my phone but I can't tell you. Explain how this makes sense please.If it is because you are short on staff just close the store. My money usually goes where I go. So online or in person currency still works the same.Also a sign would save people the frustration of pulling up to order and hearing a real person tell you to order online.Negative stars are required
Was good. Took my family here cause they don't have whataburger where they live. It was good, but it's just a hype. Not the greatest burger ever like i was told when i first moved to Texas.
Worst service ever, no sense of urgency. All of the tables were dirty, needs better management.
I was very pleseantly surprised with this location on this visit, it was pretty busy, long lines inside and out, drive thru was about 10 minutes. It was worth the wait! Food was fresh, made to order and cooked and prepared well. I have been here before and it was barely a star, this time I gave it 4, hope that the managers and corporate see's these, becuase it has improved, at least on my last visit...will let everyone know how it trends!
I have come to this location on more than one occasion and have been disappointed everytime. I stay out on certain days passed 11 to make sure I can get my breakfast. These last few times they have not been serving breakfast. The first time was due to lack of inventory and the last 3 times have been because they are behind. Don’t scheldue breakfast 11-11 if you can not be on time!! As someone who used to work at this location I am very disappointed!!
WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE long drive-thru wait times, mistakenly charged for someone else's order and paid almost double (wasn't even given a receipt)!! At the window i found out i was apparently misheard; They got my order wrong and had to make it again. Even AFTER clarifying, they forgot the honey mustard sauce I specifically asked for!!! The food's fine but BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!!
It's supposed to be FAST FOOD. Not take 15min in the line, 10min to pay and 5min to get food. There were only 3 people in front of me. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A. There can be 10 people in line and it still only takes 5-10min to go through line, pay and get food.
They said they are out of chicken, and biscuits. So i ordered an avocado bacon burger. They then proceed to tell me that they are out of Texas toast and fries. Then they said they could give me apples slices in place of fries (lesser value) or charge extra for onion rings. I asked for the manager, who came out with an attitude, spoke with him about my options for the sides. He did not offer to substitute onion rings for fries until i requested the order be cancelled. IF YOU ARE OUT OF THAT MANY OPTIONS, CLOSE YOURS STORE, PICKUP FROM A NEARBY STORE OR BE PREPARED TO OFFER SUBSTITUTIONS WITHOUT UPCHARGING. I GOT HOME THEY DID NOT ADD THE ONION RINGS OR EVEN THE APPLES SLICES NOTHING BUT THE BURGER. Terrible customer service. The people are not at fault for a stores short comings. If this was the first time something has happened with this location, i wouldn't have posed. BUT i've had missing fries sauces and even a burger once. GET A BETTER MANAGER!
