So my friend and I visited this Waffle House we are from out of town and far from broke we sat at the table for 30 minutes and didn’t even get any water I guess the red head girl was too busy serving her boyfriend and his friends who came in after us first so after 45 minutes we just left and went to ihop y’all have a good day we won’t be back
Went to go get food. The lady at the register said no take out. They only have 3 people working . So then she went back to wiping down the counters and didn't even try to see if we wanted to order there to eat. Rude and dismissive. We decided to go to Desoto. In which they also had 3 employees and we got our food to go. If you only have 3 employees why would you just do eating there? You still have to clean tables and bathrooms as well. Just only do take out. To prevent cleaning the whole restaurant. The wise guy that came up with that idea was definitely not thinking.
Won't ever eat there. Wait staff were scratching their heads then making food with the same gloves. One waitress had her finger in someone's food when carrying to them. That same waitress cleaned a table then went over and served food never once changed her gloves. Just nasty ?
Went in to get take out. Place was busy but the staff was awesome and I got my order within 20 minutes. Most of all, by the time I got home it was still tasty and good. Thank you ?
I absolutely love coming here. The food is prompt and delicious?.My wife and I come here every Friday after dropping the kids off at school for the past 4 yrs. I've only had 3 bad experiences.
Friendly service. The food was greasy. But edible. Their menu has decreased quite a bit since Covid. But the service is always good.
Refuse to make my to go order because they have one cook. So if I was to sit down to you still have to make my food right!! Will be in contact with corporate office.
Had a new waitress and it still went well. Seems like more common sense is at work here. Food was made correctly, fresh and hot. Table turnover was good too. Busy is still fast service.
First time coming to Waffle House and the food was awesome. The waiter was very nice. I will definitely be back.
The staff were amazing ?. The cook did an awesome job with our food! Definitely will be going back
