great authentic food, well priced, large portions, owner and staff are great and passionate people!
Found this place on Google Maps and stopped by while on a family trip. My wife got the birria tacos, I got the steak machete and we got our kids some barbacoa tacos. All of the food was delicious and very flavorful. Owners were very friendly and had a great conversation around the restaurant and the food. Definitely recommend this place if you’re passing by Waxahachie!
This place is awesome. Nice owners, very fresh food. The salsa made fresh when ordered and chips were freshly made and so hot you nearly had to let them cool first. The taste was great and the food looked very appetizing. The restaurant is clean and has good service. I would highly recommend and WILL be a return customer.
This place is worthy of a 5 star rating. Had the guisados tacos with green sauce and they were really good. I have gone back and the picadillo tacos and the steak machette with grilled jalapenos onions and cilantro were also great.
Not from Waxahachie, so wasn’t sure on where to get some good tacos. Went just based on the near 5 star review and we were not disappointed. I got 2 gorditas de harina, one was chicharrón and you me was deshebrada. Neither one spicy, but very well seasoned and nicely filled. I also got 2 tripa tacos, we asked for them not too crispy and they cooked them perfectly and they had great flavor. They have classic red and green salsa with the red being slightly hotter than the green, but again neither is TOO spicy. Glass sodas with good variety and unfortunately we later found out they had aguas frescas, which we will try next time we’re in the area.

Amazing food and ran by awesome people. Highly recommend the quesabirra tacos, the machete with Birra meat and their carne asada fries (and we add Birra meat to that too).
I had a great machete and burrito here. So happy I chose this place while in town on business. A+ all around!
This is the best place in town to get breakfast tacos and burritos. After moving from Houston we have tried all the different places in Waxahachie. No one comes close, especially with salsa! Try it and you will not be disappointed.
