Dirty dining room, burn food, dining room freezing. The cashier is nice and they did remake my quesdias. But I do not recommend.
Who doesn’t like to-go margaritas?The chicken quesadilla was delicious, the cheese sauce was pretty good. Although the chips seemed stale. The flautas are also very good. I’m not sure how I feel about the ground beef, but the bowl wasn’t too bad
Went here for a drive through lunch. Waited 20 minutes for a steak quesadilla and a beef nachos while the guy in drive-thru and the new girl that was training ran the front all on their own, they were complaining that all three of the managers were in the office and not helping while they seemed to be in a mass panic over the six cars in drive through mine included. Finally we got our food and hit the highway again only to find out that we got a chicken quesadilla and a steak bowl, no nachos. So I called the 855 number on my receipt and explained to the gentleman that I waited for another 15 minutes to speak to that I needed to call the store manager because it was a franchise. While being about 30 miles away at this point I called the store manager who honestly acted like he could care less about the issue and told me his system didn't allow for refunds but I could turn around and he would give me the correct order this time. All this honestly could be avoided by proper training management and customer service. More than likely short of the apocalypse I will not be returning for that corrected order due to the improper customer service or care for the customers that pay their paychecks. Hate giving 1 star reviews but we called to confirm they were open and arrived within 10 minutes to find out they were out of every item except soft tacos. Ridiculous. Could have told us and saved the gas money we waisted driving up there!!!
One of the nicest Taco Cabanas I have been to. Seating area was spacious, quiet, clean and well maintained. Quesadilla cooked to perfection. Manager was pleasant and refilled my tea promptly.
Very nice taco cabana. The chicken Fajita quesadillas were very well made. Perfect outer crust with nice well made inner filling. Just what I was looking for
Surprisingly employees were super nice and attentive. However, the food was disgusting! Disgusting is an understatement to be frank. Chips for the nachos tasted old like an old oil rancid taste. Quesadilla also had the same nasty taste. Not sure if where they’re cooking the food is not being cleaned properly. The drink machine was practically out of service- choices were flat Coke or flat Dr. Pepper. The salad bar was closed and the salsa they gave was just as disgusting as the food- water down salsa with no flavor or salt. The quac looked old and was a dark green color. Definitely never eating there again. Yuck!
Decent enough mex fast food, the salsa bar wasn't there (covid) my favorite thing about Taco Cabana. They will give you salsa and Pico but you have to ask for it.
I never comment bad experiences with resturants, but I was very disappointed with this particular Taco Cabana's food in Waxahachie. The service was good for being during lunch time when we went, but the food was the worst I ever tasted. We also sat outside and when we were going to go back in for water, they locked the door on us knowing we were eating out on the patio. All other franchises I've been to may have not had as good customer service but the food was good. I hope they improve their food because Taco Cabana is our favorite and this one is one of the closest location to our new home.
We got the breakfast taco 12 pack. The tacos were small and it wasn't cheap. The salsa tasted funny too. Maybe it was a bad day. These are the reasons for the 3 star rating.
