Pulled up in drive thru around 8:45 pm only be told by the head lady of the store that they were closed. I advise her it was not 9 and she rudely stated according to her time it was and slammed the drive thru window! Looking at the reviews now, I should have just commuted to Jimmy Johns or another location. Never again
Wow...where do I start...well...I placed my order online, to be picked up at 12:20pm. Afterwards sitting down and opening my sandwich...SMH...it was the size of a hot dog bun (definitely not worth $6 for 6in), I asked for pepperjack cheese (gotten provolone) and I had to wait in drive through to pickup my order because it was NOT ready at 12:20pm. My 1st and last experience with this establishment in Waxahachie. Lost a customer!
Salad was prepared well. Tomatos were quite green and not too appetizing. Price was also high. 12.50 for a salad and drink?!
Clean location and staff were great. Very personable and made a great sandwich the way I like it.

I'm here at 4pm wed Feb 2nd and I just had to say how great the crew was! Excellent service wasting no time at all. I hope they continue to work there for a while cause I come here often and never got my food that fast sheeeeeeesh!
Today I decided to go thru drive thru. I was very disappointed today. I received a messy sandwich that looked like it gotten run over. Ham was basically 6 slices of ham. Vegetables where outside the sandwich and the division was 1/3 & 2/3. Not half! The cashier that served me looked like she didn't even want to be there. She is a long term employee so the manager should definitely chat with her about her sloppy services.
Specifically asked for toasted and it ain’t toasted like quit playin with me ?
