I can honestly say this is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had… And they don’t put mushrooms in it… Thank God. Got the bell pepper billy combo and sent down and ate almost the whole thing but I had planned to go. Will be returning, quick service as nobody here at 4 PM on a Thursday
Came on a recommendation of a friend that these guys had the best cheesesteaks anywhere, and wow, they were not kidding.The cheesesteaks are outstanding and delivered piping hot (you'll want to let them cool down a minute or two) to your table. They use quality shaved steak (no fat or fillers) that's seasoned well and served on a soft warm hoagie bun. Multiple combinations to choose from and they offer a rotating daily special.Family owned and operated in downtown Waxahachie. Give 'em a try, you'll be back.
Great Philly cheese steaks! They'll make you feel like you're back in Philadelphia. I usually never eat vegetables with mine but they cooked and seasoned them so well it gave them a great taste. 10/10 would recommend.
Love this place. The owners are sweet. Consistently good philly cheese steaks. Broad street bully and the Texan are our favorites. Scalding hot so give it a few minutes to cool down or you’ll regret it later. Love the bacon potato wedges!
Great Philly Cheesesteaks at this location. They have several to choose from and you will not be disappointed. We had the combos, which include drinks and fries, along with cheese sticks. Atmosphere is nice and very nice employees. We will definitely return whenever we are even close to waxahachie.

What a great meal! The jalapeño sandwich was delicious and the curly fries were far above par! Very clean and comfortable. Flags of the armed services on one side, U.S. and Texas on the other. Philly's flag on the end. Hospitality is by design, not an afterthought. If you haven't had a Philly sandwich lately (or even if you have) get over there today!
The chicken cheese steak is delicious! We'll be stopping in again very soon. Everything was so clean and the staff is super friendly. I have nothing negative at all to say, we were very pleased with our lunch, the staff, the atmosphere and the location. It was just right!
We ate here for the first time today, lunch date with hubby.. we was glad to see that this was a black owned business. The Philly cheesesteak sandwiches were made to order, the food was hot and was great. We will add this restaurant to our list of restaurants in HACHIE. The owners were friendly and welcomed us with a smile.
I’ve never been here before. Today my aunt and I went and I am in love after one bite and one visit. The owners are so welcoming and kind and caring, it smells clean and fresh in there, you can tell love is put into the restaurant itself as well as the food. 10/10 HIGHLY Recommend. Good thing we live around the corner because we will be back. Mushroom Philly is ? add some grilled onions and it’s one hella lunch!
