A disappointing representation of Starbucks. Two days in a row I had to have my drink remade. I asked why every Starbucks I go to my drink looks consistent. Here it doesn’t even look the same. After the barista yelled at me I aske to speak to the manager and substandard customer service. I am so glad I tried this drink elsewhere or I wouldn’t know how good it could be. Thankfully there are other locations I can cater too. I am happy to tell everyone I know about this unhappy experience not yo mention they are incredibly slow in the drive thru.
This location sucks. Always slow. Coffee never made correctly. Wish someone would open another location in this town. This location obviously can’t handle it.

Thank you to this Starbucks for taking care of my wife this morning as she was harassed and had her car window pounded on by some nut case that thought she cut in line. He lost his mind. My wife received her order for free, and the psycho was refused service. Well done Starbucks. I thank you !!

One girl in particular is condescending and rude. everytime she been my cashier. My drink was wrong and she acts like im just trying to get something free! Im not! I spend 6$ a day on average at starbucks. I just expected what i paid for. But theres no talking to her. What an awful way to start my day. Ill drive to a further location next time rather than deal with that.
A short stout lady with tattoos waited on me without gloves nor did she give me the drink I ordered in a cup to avoid contact. When asked to explain, no answer. Not going there again.
