Just drove through and the young person in drive through had no clue of a listed drink on the drive thru menu, told me that it sounded like a I made up the drink.I stepped out of my car and took a look at the menu, and confirmed the drink. She then said they were out of oat milk with no suggested replacement.She had a really bad attitude. Staff is always very nice and respectful!! What is frustrating is I do a mobile order for this location every Friday and EVERY Friday the the app tells me they are out of oat milk. When I get there in person the first thing I ask is are you out of oat milk and EVERY time they say no , we have some and I ask them to please update their app so people can order on mobile. They say they will do that, but they don't. It has been like this for at least 3 months, no joke. I don't do a review because they are so nice but please get this corrected. It's ridiculous ?.
Came in to make an order at 10:33 a.m. and was ignored for several minutes before i stepped further forward. Placed my order for an espresso and chocolate croissant. several people were behind me who placed their orders. Those individuals left before me and others continued in line and those individuals also got their orderand left...... Was brushed off when i inquired about my order and i understood orders placed on line were completed sometimes before incoming traffic. But an additional 4 people that ordered after me with bigger orders left.One of the employees, who initially i spoke with told me it was getting done and an addirional 10 minutes passed. Tried speaking to another employee who had just arrived but treated as if i was a nuisance for asking a question. Im sure she thought i was being impatient but i had been inside this store for 30 minutes. She was sarcastic and said they were making it.. lol! Its a pre made croissant-10 seconds in the microwave! Needless to say, 34 minute wait for an espresso and croissant. Unacceptable
I’d gone inside and ordered multiple items. When we got back in our car we realized there 2 blueberry muffins instead the single that I ordered. We took it back to exchange it for a brownie and the barista that I spoke with said to go ahead and keep the muffin since his it was his error and gave us the brownie. He was so sweet and helpful and it made my son so happy to get his brownie. Always have a great experience at this Starbucks.
Very complicated to order something simple. No oat milk on site even though it’s what is being offered everywhere now. The person at the register did not have helpful suggestions for alternative cold drinks that were not espresso. I finally figured out to order an iced coffee with almond milk and honey blend syrup. It worked out, but it took forever to get there.
This is the slowest & worse Startbucks I have ever been to. I ordered a grande hot matcha green tea latte and it was luke warm, it wasn't made with matcha, it was green tea & milk and it's was maybe 3/4 full. For the price that I paid for my beverage I would expect it to be correct and get what I paid for.
This should be the model for all Starbucks stores. Good coffees tasted like an advertisement , scones were fresh. Best experience wife and I have ever had at a Starbucks period.
From the time my order was taken from the drive thru my experience was awesome. Very helpful and friendly, can't wait to go back
Ordered on the app and made sure I could pick up in store. However I get there and the doors are locked. They wanted me to wait in the long drive thru line. Unfortunately I didn’t get my coffee and was unable to get a refund.
I know because of covid things are going to be out of stock and there are employee shortages as well. I’m always polite as can be at this location because I know everyone’s overworked. However the drive thru takes so long, I tried to get here early and still ended up leaving late, thankfully I made it in time to where I needed to be. If you want Starbucks before an appointment, school or work, be here at least 30 minutes early.
