I only ordered three drinks, a corn dog, mozzarella sticks, and tater tots. I sent the tater tots back because they were cold. When the server returned immediately with my extra ketchup, he brought "new" tots. They were cold and stale looking. I pressed the button to request fresh tots as he had walked away with my $1 tip already. I was told "Ma'am we already gave you fresh tots." I disputed that erroneous statement and again made my request. I was told "well you'll have to wait at least two and a half minutes for fresh tots to be dropped and ready." I responded "that sounds reasonable for fresh tots" and confirmed I'd wait. However, I did not wait. I just dropped the old tots there and went on my merry way. Another loss. Another day in "customer service has gone to hell" land. ??♀️
First time in a while that we don’t use the app, & it was as we expected….terrible. The person taking our order was rude, & kept rushing us on our order. We get our order, but no napkins & my drink had soda all over it. They didn’t even bother to clean it. We get home to find that the fries are old & cold. We’ve never had this time of experience before here at this location, but it did make us think twice about going at dinner time again.
This sonic can pay great attention to detail when it comes to my orders. Great customer service. The cake batter shakes are really good. They need to keep those around.
Always fast service. We order on the app and it's ready within minutes of arriving.
Extremely fast service at breakfast. Very Impressed. Food was normal for a Sonic. Nothing to good or bad to add. Will be stopping by if I have missed breakfast.
Pulled into the location off 77 in Waxahachie at 11:42PM. A voice goes, “Uh, we’re closed.” I pull out and Google this location’s hours. They close at 12AM, 18 minutes early, according to my research. Pretty annoyed. Either the employees need to be coached or the location needs to update their hours.
teach your employees customer service. my order was not as what was ordered which was correct on the receipt. I asked for a refund and was told to bring all the food back in order to get a refund but my kids are already eating the dry burgers that had nothing on them. I have left a message with Stephen and will he calling corporate tomorrow morning if I don't hear back. $40 bucks for dry burgers and a bag being thrown out of the drive thru window that she almost dropped...thanks ALICIA for nothing at all! I've reviewed the receipt and apparently they also upcharged 2 of the kids drinks without me requesting it which added 2 bucks to my bill! I was offered 2 free Burgers as a resolve i DO NOT want free food! I no longer want to provide my funds to your business and my requests was a refund!
Terrible service, food tastes like it sat out overnight. I worked at sonic for years and it’s not rocket science. Not to mention I got upcharged for two 5 pc chicken strip dinners and only got 4 in each box.
