I just can't with this place. I have never had a single bad experience here. I love my experiences here more than Chick-Fil-A. I do not know who hires the people here, BUT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE WORKERS I HAVE MET HERE HAVE BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF EXCEPTIONAL. They totally roll with my shenanigans, they converse with you about YOU at the window while you're waiting, they have more than once gone out of their way to do things not required of them. Most of all- I appreciate the teamwork I see in the back! Effective teamwork makes all the difference in the the world- whatever you guys are doing here, keep doing it! I love this Schlotsky's! ? A big thank you to Kaitlyn, London, Caande, Alyssa, Shane (those who have shared their names), and all the other wonderful people that make this establishment so great ☺️
Very disappointed in the sandwich I got with the soup combo. Hardly had any meat and was dry. The time before they put onions on my sandwich yet my receipt said no onions so that's both my last visit was frustrating.
Soup and cinnabon were lukewarm. Sandwiches are always good. Just sad about the other.

Ordered the Orchard salad and broccoli soup. Salad was great, soup was ok, wait staff was also excellent and pleasant. Had enough to take home and shared.
Great fresh food and good service. Don't forget Wednesdays are buy one get one free on pizza and Flatbread.

By far the BEST Schlotzsky's EVER! We've ate at a few locations lately and the food didn't seem to be the same quality as in the past - you'd get 2 slices of meat, taste was bland, lack of menu items etc... BUT yesterday went to the Waxahachie location at it was AMAZING. Will definitely save our Schlotzsky's craving for them.
